How much do you eat? Do you have 3 set big meals a day or do you skip meals and eat whatever, whenever?
I always have lunch and dinner, and usually one or two small snacks a day but I rarely have breakfast. And I don't eat big meals.

I don't get it, so do you usually have dinner, or no?
For breakfast, I usually just eat dry cereal or a granola bar. For breakfast, it's usually a small sandwich with some fruit, and then dinner is usually my biggest meal (unless I went out for lunch or something). And I pretty much snack throughout the whole day. Chips mostly.

I generally eat three meals a day, though I'm not a huge fan of breakfast. I often have lunch kinda late, around 2 - 3 pm which means dinner is later.

I eat three large meals a day and I have to eat something every couple of hours or I'd starve

When I'm hungry I get cranky so I have to eat my three meals. And smaller meals in between. Usually my three main meals aren't big though.

Sometimes I'll skip breakfast, and when I eat it, it's usually fairly small. But I always have a big lunch and dinner, and snack constantly. I'm always hungry (except first thing in the morning), it seems.

As someone who offers nutritional advice for a living, would you guys please start eating breakfast!!!! If you don't eat breakfast your body naturally starts storing fat because it hasn't been fed in over 8 hours(usually) and it doesn't know when it will be fed again so it turns on the starvation mechanism, which is good if you were planning on starving, but most of us don't want excess fat, so eat breakfast!!!! /end rant I eat 3 medium meals and two snacks a day to keep my metabolism high

Everyone was telling me to wait til I hit 25, and that did nothing for me. I really do wish it would slow down, though.

Hmm.
I have breakfast (always the same, a bowl of Rice Crispies, or if I want something warm a Roll & totty Scone)
I have Dinner.
I have bedtime tea sometimes to, Toast and Jam.
Steven is also incapable of putting fat on, he loves to cook and always cooks healthy food but when I'm not there he doesnt bother, but he Never puts weight on, and in a place like the USA where there is tonnes of junkfood, I always found that really crazy.

Back in Singapore when I was studying in a polytechnic, I use to eat two breakfasts everyday. I eat a breakfast (usually cereal) first thing in the morning but since it takes me an hour to get to school and I wake up too early, I get hungry all over again when I reach school. So I eat a sandwich during my morning break. An hour later, I have lunch.

Well, it depends what kind of cereal you eat. I stay away from the healthly bland ones.
I always have my cereal with chocolate in them - like coco pops or coco crunch. ;D

I tried a peanut butter cereal once and it was so gross. Even though I love PB!

Yah unless my cereal is mainly sugar or cheerios I guess I tend to stay away. No lunch either cause I am to lazy to cook usually and I work through supper mostly so popcorn or Frozen yogurt there lately unless my boy brings me food.
