I like mine to have ham bits, tomatoes, broccoli, cheese, and ranch dressing on top! I don't eat salads nearly as often as I used to, though. I sort of want one right now after seeing this thread

Really, broccoli in a salad? Huh, never tried cold broccoli. I haven't eaten any salad other than a Caesar in awhile, though I dont add the croutons.

I love Caesar salads! I haven't had one in so long. Sometimes I'll have the croutons, but most of the time I don't. It depends on the restaurant. Most of the places I've been to have croutons that are as hard as rocks. Ugh! My teeth can't take it, so I'll always leave them. There are a couple of places where the croutons are much softer, or edible, in other words Yep, cold broccoli is good! I think I like it better than steamed, actually But I would never have any kind of broccoli without dressing. I can't stand plain broccoli, lol.

Yeah there is a salad I make with brocolli, almonds, bacon and shallots with a honey and mayo dressing. It's damn good surprisingly

I've been making some amazing salads recently with these dressings - www.loverighteous.com/Chopped walnuts are amazing in salads - as are green grapes! Sounds weird, but it adds sweetness and it's so good.

I make mine with romaine lettuce, tomato usually grape tomato but any will work, cucumber, carrots, broccoli & shredded cheese. With the hidden valley ranch mix to use as dressing.
