new pizza place has opened around the corner from my house and they have this offer on, a 12"pizza with 3 toppings for only £3 so i thought it was a bargain and went to get one but the guy would only let me have one topping he said that the tomato and cheese counted as 2 of the toppings, i told him politely what he could do with his special offer and left

What the hell, that's so stupid!
When my brother was in England he said pizza there was seriously expensive. Is that the case?

I got a large pan pizza with 2 toppings and it cost me 12 quid, How much would it cost there Liz?.
The guy is obviously an idiot, counting the cheese and tomato paste as Toppings, False advertising, i'm sure alot of customers will be pissed off by that.

$27! That's ridiculously expensive (unless it's like a super duper gourmet one).
I just had a look at the pizza vouchers, and we can get a large pizza from Dominos for $6.95 (pickup) - which is 3 pounds or so. I think a pizza from there usually costs about $10 - about 4 pounds 50?

i dont think pizza is overly expensive here, i normally pay about £5 for alarge with 3 toppings, but i wont go to dominoes or pizza hut because i think i would need to take out a bank loan to feed my family

Pizza generally costs around $10 from a pizza place here, and up to around $15ish from a takeaway (which are generally bugger and better quality).

I haven't had pizza in so long. I really need to buy some bases...or tell my mum to! Homemade pizza is much better than store-bought imo.

I had to eat it with a knife and fork! And thats just wrong!! I have to agree with you on that. I know a few people who eat pizzas with a knife and fork and I always thought it was ridiculous. You can't do that. It's going against nature!

I have seen a couple people ask for a knife & fork to eat pizza before, it is something you rarely see . I had a chicken and spices pizza the other night, I can never eat more than 2 slices lol.

Whatever the pizza you can't eat it with a knife and fork! It's like eating soup with chopsticks. It's just odd seeing people do that.

There's some pizza that's almost impossible trying to eat without a knife and fork. But it's a hell of a lot of fun trying, though.

I used to use a fork on the pizza in my grade school cafeteria. The pizza was actually pretty decent...a popular menu item with the kids...but it was just one big rectangle. It was too much to try eating with your hands, so I'd jab my fork into it and tear pieces off to eat. Of course, once it got small enough, I'd pick it up with my hands to finish it off.
