Has anyone made or tried cauliflower crust pizza? I'm thinking of making it since it would be a good gluten free pizza option but I just can't imagine what it would taste like.

I have had mini pizzas with it (workmate has a gluten free kid so brings stuff in a lot)!! It's yummy. You do have to pre cook then put topping on. I would recommend trying it Bre. And babe, I have B's recipe.

That isn't a factor with this dough. I hate cauliflower (and the smell of it  ) but you wouldn't know what is in this if not told. I don't know who the hell came up with it but they are clever bastards. |

Oh Well in that case maybe not. People probably tried loads of different alternative to things, gluten free or dairy free diets would be hard. |

 Turned out pretty well! It wasn't very big since our cauliflower head was kind of small. Would definitely get a bigger one or two next time. We followed this recipe for the most part. ifoodreal.com/cauliflower-pizza-crust-recipe/For the seasoning we did pepper, onion and garlic salt and oregano. Instead of a cheesecloth, we used an old t-shirt. Will definitely do it again sometime! |
