Where did the bananas go before??? I only like bananas sliced into little pieces. It's a weird thing, I know. Banana bread is delicious, too.

There was a big cyclone in Australia in 2006 and it basically wiped out all the banana crops. They've only really started getting cheaper again, at one point they were like $14-15 dollars a kilo. So like $11 US for just over two pounds of bananas. Expensive!

Um...banana and honey! lol, sounds like an odd combination. I would love to try Creme Brulee. Oh, I also love Parfaits. I can't believe bananas were so expensive. They're so cheap here .

They're cheaper here too now, it was just after the cyclone diminished the crops they got expensive. I love banana splits. So simple yet tasty

How could you have never had a banana split??? You must try it. I'm going to make a cream puff tomorrow and I've never had one, I'm excited. It's gonna have kiwi fillings.

I totally agree about that topping, Liz. So yummy...and it's great with Reese's Pieces too.
I don't know why I've never had a banana split--for awhile I didn't like the idea of banana and ice cream together

Well, your mission is to have one and report back! Glenn did one (a report) for vegemite, and I did one for Irn Bru.

I don't like banana so I don't think that I would ever try a banana split.

I don't think i'd be able to live without ice cream. I really like the Butterzinger flavor. It's like everything that's in a butterfinger bar is mixed into the ice cream. It's so good. And i like peanut butter cookies.

I love anything with peanut butter. My friend Jen makes peanut butter and chocolate ice cream. Its luscious. Not as luscious or sweet as my gorgeous boyfriend though

I love peanut buttery things, too. There's nothing better for me. And I was reminded the other day just how much I love sopapillas.
