I've only really had Apple Crumble since I came to NZ. You can hardly see them in S'pore. Was on my way home from work today and I was craving for some crumble.

BUMP! Have you guys had anything good lately? We don't have dessert very often. Most of what we do have is at parties. I'm adding Pavlova to the Yummy List. Pav with whipped vanilla cream and fruit on top. Anything with coffee goes on my Yucky List

I had a delicious crème brûlée on Tuesday night. I agree with you about coffee desserts, they're gross.

What desserts does everyone have at Christmas time? Pavlova is pretty traditional, and mum makes this chocolate cookie and cream loaf thing that is so yum.

Usually a Christmas pudding and a trifle, but this year we're having a pav (YUM) and a trifle again. My aunt makes the trifle and it's always pretty boozy!

It was a good one, she actually made the custard herself! Wish I had a bowl now...

Definitely crème brûlée for me. It's something about caramelized sugar and the whole do-it-yourself aspect at home.
Aside from that - "rice cream". Basically whipped cream mixed with rice porridge, with red sauce (Heated jelly and some other ingredients).

I just came back from dinner at my aunts and she made some weird ass dessert with marshmallows and coconut and sour cream and mandarins. Somehow it actually tasted alright

Hmm, interesting combo. Was it a recipe, or did she come up with it herself?

Had the Hershey's chocolate pie from BK over the weekend. Damn, I forgot how awesome it was.

I had the most delicious chocolate meringue cake. I'm still trying to find a similar recipe, no luck yet
