Yuuuum. I had a bit of a naughty food day with the wedding, so I had a fairly healthy lunch. I have a big bag of carrot sticks, so I roasted them, had some on-the-vine cherry tomatoes (delicious) and some ham off the bone. Yummy, but a weird combo  |

My aunt and uncle just got back from some Tongan celebration and they brought back half of a full pig. It's huge but smells awesome. It looks like it's going to be our dinner for a couple of days. |

Ugh we are having this big chunk of meat with rice and a black bean sauce. MiL is cooking of course. She has made it here before and all three kids and me hate it - and she knows it!

She has made it here before and all three kids and me hate it - and she knows it! urgh, sounds lovely. I made a really yummy chicken teriyaki stir-fry last night. I think we might have fish and chips tonight - I've been in London for 2 months! |

It was disgusting and rude imo. Especially since they all carried on about Sean refusing to eat it. I reminded them we had this issue last time because he didn't like it and said I am not forcing him to eat black beans when he hates them. On this occasions he HAD tried them before and still hated them!

I am hoping to make a risotto in the slowcooker if I get home early enough. There was a recipe on the cooking folder with corn and chicken that sounds really yum.
