Yeah! I'm reading the first one right now and i'm amazed at how straight on the show has been. The book is exactly like the show! It's crazy! The only difference so far in the first book is that Sookie doesn't have her friend Tara. Other than that, everything that happens in the book, happens in the show.

There are quite a lot of differences with it  Lafayette isn't in it much in book one and not at all after that. Jessica doesn't exist in the books. Don't want to spoil too much about the books though  |

Really?  ?? i love Lafayette!  that makes me sad. Then how does Tara fit in? I mean is she in the books later or what? |

Tara comes into it more a bit later. Also the books don't show very much about what is happening with everyone else - only from Sookie's view.

I have read 1-8. I think they're pretty good I wish Lafayette was in the books more because on tv he's awesome And I'm glad Tara isn't in the books much because she annoys the hell out of me! |

Tara is very different in the books personality wise. She is still close friends with Sookie though. I was also sad when Lafayette wasn't in the books!
I'm liking season 3 True Blood so far, been good and not too different to the books.
Are you an Eric or Bill fan Mooshi?

I haven't been able to watch the 3rd season because i don't have HBO. Luckily my uncle is taping the whole series for me so i can watch it when i find the time.
I am definitely an Eric fan. I really hope Sookie and Eric get together. At the end of season 2 there was alittle bit of something there i felt. I can't wait to see what's in store for season 3.

I'm only on page 85 haha. I can't find book 2 anywhere well the one with the series cover on it. I have book three.
