What are your favourite foods that are bad for you? Your favourite junk food, your favourite candy, chocolate?

Chocolate is top of my naughty list, but it's just so yummy. McDonalds we have once a week when we go shopping because we're always out of the house on weekends and always around lunch time. We don't buy lollies or chips or ice cream very often. And we rarely get any other types of take away, though there is usually a frozen pizza in the freezer in case I can't cook for whatever reason.

1) Chocolate 2) Ice cream 3) Squiggles/Tim Tams 4) Fast food - McDonald's/Burger 5) Coke
I have too much of those above. Last week alone I ate fast food for 3 nights. I told myself I'm not going to eat any for the next two weeks!

Chocolate is good for you so I don't count that Probably take-away in general. I had Hungry Jack's today. So naughty.

I don't consider eating anything to be bad for you unless you eat too much of it. I eat fast food sometimes but when I have takeaways they are usually something healthier than that. I guess I eat a fair bit of cake, but I consider anything that tastes good to be extremely good for me

I like your philosophy, Shaun. I'm pretty sure with all the sugary crap I'm eating now, I would get diabetes when I'm older. Doesn't help that it runs in my family too. So I guess it doesn't matter if I cut down or not.

I drink a lot of soda that is my big food sin. I like chocolates and I love eating marshmallows too

Candy is my biggest weakness. I always have candy. If I'm out of it, I go to the store and buy more (but only wahat's on sale! ). Soda too, but I no longer drink caffeinated soda.

My biggest problem right now is fast food. Because I'm finishing uni late and have to go to work straight from campus, I always find myself grabbing a meal at Burger King or McDonald's for dinner on the way. Not that I mind. I can eat Burger King for a week if I wanted to but I reckon it isn't good for my poor body.

I like fast food and it is easier than cooking so I also have to watch that You could pick something else up though Irene! I don't eat candy or a lot of other junk food though

But it's cheap! These fast food joints know me so well that they keep coming up with cheap burger meals. I can now get a small Whopper Jr combo for less that $4! If I'm feeling a little rich, I go for Subway.

It's hard when something happens around meal time and there's no time to cook something good. At least there are healthy options out there. I love the Chicken Caesar wraps from Maccas.

I don't believe in having the 'healthier choice' when eating at a Fast Food place. I find it amusing how they now have Weight Watchers meals at McDonald's.

My biggest one is fast food. It's not as much a problem during the summer as it is during the school year. Wednesdays and Thursdays especially are prone to being fast food days, because I get home around 4:00, usually have to leave for a rehearsal at 5:00 (so it's too early to have eaten dinner at that point), and then am heading on my way home around 8:00, at which point I'm very hungry!
Every year I say I'm goin gto try to do better. We'll see how I do this fall, I guess!

A lot of adults don't like the unhealthy option but their kids or people they are with do, so it gives them an option.
