Saw this yesterday, went with a low expectations for the movie, after hearing mix feelings, but i have to admit, i really liked this movie, it had a great story to it, it had some comedy, action. I also just bought the complete tv show to learn more about it.

The CGI was pretty good, the acting could have been better. I sat there the entire movie wondering why I recognized the guy that played the brother until the credits rolled and it said Jackson Rathbone.  Apparently fans of the show were not fond of the movie, it mispronounced ames or something, I dunno, my brother was pissed though.  |

My sister is a huge fan of the series and I've watched it a few times. She liked it but yeah, they pronounced some names wrong I think. The trailer looks cool. I'm not a huge fan of Shamalyan (sp?) but I'll probably rent it some day. |

I thought it was an awesome movie. Dev Patel was awesome as the fire dude. I can't remember his name haha.
