If you haven't finished season 2 and don't want to be spoiled, don't read on. I'm not going to put these in spoiler tags because if you don't want to be spoiled about season 2, don't read the thread and the show has been over for a while. I finally finished the season today. I'm sad it ended. I'm not completely happy with the finale (not Epitaph 2, I mean the other one) but overall, I really enjoyed the show. Here are a few points I noticed watching the season: I have to say I LOVE Victor as Topher. He is eerily spot on. Good actor that man is. I also noticed that in one episode when Victor (or Tony I guess) was released from his contract, they sent him to the Hyperion hotel. Nice little homage to Angel, right?! I didn't like the finale because I felt the "twist" with Boyd was just to shock the audience. It didn't seem to fit at all with the rest of the series. What does everyone else think of the last season?

I like the last season. The characters were more complex and the acting was sensational (not to say season one didn't have good acting mind you). I also like the more cohesive story. The episodes around the Attic were all interesting and answered a lot of questions. I also enjoyed the episodes involving Sierra and Victor. I liked that Ballard was more directly involved with the Dollhouse and Echo. I was a little iffy about the first couple of episodes but it proved to be a logical development of plot. As for Boyd, I don't know if I liked his twist or not. Certainly I didn't see it coming and I'm still not sure what it all necessarily adds up to.

Just started watching the second 2 on TV and I realised that I missed some eps in this season. I now remember that I only caught the back end of the season. Am up to the second ep right now and the guy who plays Henry in Ringer is in it. So far the second season is much more entertaining than the start of the first season - mostly because the personalities that Echo have been imprinted with in the past has been 'leaking' through and makes her missions quite unpredictable. Regarding Boyd being the head of Rossum...yeah, I didn't like that at all. I was annoyed when it happened and I thought didn't make sense. Hopefully, when I watch it again, I'll understand what happened.

I'm telling you all of the cancelled shows get better after they warm up! I still have Dollhouse season 2 finale DVR'd from it's original air date because I enjoyed it so much

I find season 2's story line much more interesting - especially the dolls assignments. The season 1's ones were pretty blah.
