Just started watching it, and I'm up to episode 9/13 of season 1. Unfortunately it has been cancelled  Plot: Lux, is a 15 year-old foster child who connects with her biological father Nate, a manchild who never knew he had a daughter. Nate teams up with Lux's mother, Cate, to give Lux a 'normal' family life.. Has anyone else seen it? |

I've seen it. I liked it. Not the best show out there but I do enjoy it. First season was good but the first half of the second season was pretty blah. I thought the last few eps of season 2 was really, really good. Lots of surprising turns! The finale was alright but a little rushed - which wasn't surprising I guess given the circumstances.
Was it confirmed that it's cancelled? Last I heard, there's no official word on it yet.

Oh really? That's disappointing. I don't think it's official, but I think it's pretty likely. Britt Robertson's Twitter seems to indicate that it's over |

One thing I didn't like about season 2 was Lux herself. She was such a selfish brat throughout the season. Annoyed the hell out of me!  |

I'm up to episode 3, and yeah, so far she is being pretty stupid. Cheating, failign school and not telling anyone, wanting to hook up with a teacher? Smart. . |

It gets worse! The story picks up really well after the 6th episode. But Lux still stays that annoying. |

I love Baze in this season.  He grows up so much. And I agree. I don't quite like Emma all that much. The thing about Cate and Baze is that they've convinced me that they are over each other so it's hard to see them suddenly having feelings for each other again. |

But they end up together in the 2 year finale jump yeah? And Lux is with Jones? Paige is SO annoying. As annoying as stupid Lindsay was! I hope she leaves Portland soon. |

Yup they do. Which I thought was a bit strange. I really want to know what happened during those two years to get them together. I'm guessing they got married as well. But it was nice that Lux called them "mum" and "dad".
And I don't understand how and why Lux ended up with Jones either. It seemed a bit odd. Of all of Lux's boyfriends, I liked Bug the most. ;D |

Yeah the brain thing was a surprise, which leads to more surprises! ;D That video is awesome! I love them as a cast. They seem to have so much fun with each other. |

Yeah there was. It was how the producers promoted the show - saying it's Gilmore Girls meets Juno. But I think the show is nothing like Gilmore Girls and Juno. Have you seen the finale yet? |

Yeah it is pretty rushed. There's a jump forward which shows how all the characters end up and some of it made me go, "Huh?" Not that it didn't make sense, just that it would have been more believable if the story was heading that way during the season. |

Finally watched it! I enjoyed it, although I do think it was too rushed. The whole Cate medical thing was handled really weirdly. There's no way the doctor would give her that news over the phone...
But I liked the couples that ended up together, and I thought it was really sweet the way Lux said Mom and Dad. Awww...
