Rogue Redemption 1.01-Home Sweet Hell
I really enjoyed it. I've always liked Faith's character, and am excited to see what you're going to do with her. I think you were able to capture how Wood and Faith were feeling in a new city, being ambushed with a new apocalypse, etc.
I would have liked more time spent on--oh, what was his name? The empath. David? or something like that? I would have liked to see Faith and Robin spending a bit more time deciding if he was "safe." You know, whether or not they could trust him, let him live in their apartment, bring him onto their team, etc. The same with Alan (that was the college student, right?). They met him and he just automatically became a part of their team as far as Faith was concerned. I would haved liked to see more time spend on them actually gathering their team.
It was a first episode, though, and I know those are often the weakest as you're just getting your feet wet. I'm sure the episodes will just get better and better and better. I'm looking forward to reading episode 2.
Rogue Redemption 1.02-And So It Begins
Definitely a lot more action, which was nice. All those powers Marie has seems interesting, so I'm looking forward to finding out more about them. I was a little put off with the way Faith kept telling them to forget about the apocalypse, though.

I love it. ;D Anyways, thanks for the compliment as well. I agree, I should have spent more time on him. (His name is Brian, for future reference. ) I rushed it a little bit (or a lot... ) and that's something that I should go back in fix. And Alan as well. Yeah, like I have said before...earlier episodes kind of suck. Marie has an...interesting...storyline. Which goes on for seasons... Ah yes, I never quite explained the Faith putting it off thing correctly. I was trying to go for her not wanting another apocalypse, so she was trying to forget that it ever existed. She wanted to try to get away from that business for a little while since the whole Sunnydale thing- She thought that she could do whatever she wanted now, but then she finds out she can't. I didn't show it correctly so it does seem a bit off, I agree. Again, thanks so much for the feedback sis! And thanks for reading.

Rogue Redemption 1.03 - Slayers, Ahoy!I think this is the best episode yet. You explained more, which was nice, but still left some things for the fans to find out. I'm starting to get a little more interested in the different characters and am looking forward to reading the next episode. I thought Xander was written a little bit too much like Andrew in one or two of the scenes, but they seemed to bond in ways that others didn't in season 7, so who's to say a bit of themselves didn't rub off on the other one? And there certainly are similarities between them. Just, in my mind, when I read it I would have thought it was Andrew had I not known Xander was saying it. Rogue Redemption 1.04 - Into the DarknessI really liked this episode. Very action packed and all. I was going to leave a comment similar to what Tash said in the original episode posts, but you said more will be explained later about the Darkness and everything, so I'll just believe you. The only criticism I have about this episode is that the writing and interactions between characters (especially the original ones that you created) still seem stiff sometimes. However, I know it's still early in the season, and I think you've started hitting a good groove with other aspects of the series, so I'm sure this will work itself out, too. Rogue Redemption 1.05-WreckageI really liked, especially the big reveal about Sam. I'm not real thrilled with Brian right now. I thought he was a really good idea for a character at first, but now I think he's just a whiny jerk. Of course, I understand the whole empath thing and the headaches and everything, but I'm hoping something either happens or is revealed about him to help bring him back into the realm of interesting and relatable. I was excited about seeing Brian in the episode until I read the scene, and then was rather disappointed. Rogue Redemption 1.06-Other People's ShoesI really liked the ending. Very edge-of-your-seat. And I liked having more information about Brian and the visions and empathy stuff, because I actually felt sorry for him in this episode, not justl ike he was trying to milk it for more than it was worth. So, yay! Good episode. Can't wait to read the next one.

Holy shiznet, Marie! Talk about a MASS amount of feedback! ;D I'm not saying it's a bad thing - I LOVE IT! Yay! *gets to replying* Rogue Redemption 1.03 - Slayers, Ahoy!I think this is the best episode yet. You explained more, which was nice, but still left some things for the fans to find out. And there certainly are similarities between them. Just, in my mind, when I read it I would have thought it was Andrew had I not known Xander was saying it. Thanks for the compliments. I liked this episode too, it's one of my favourites of the first couple episodes (which weren't all that great!). Yeah, I thought that Xander was a little off after re-reading it a few months later as well. Thankfully he was only here for the one episode. Mm. The Darkness...Yes...things will be explained about it...In season 3! Yeah I'm a wicked wiotch who withholds information for a long time. Yeah they are a bit stiff, I have to agree. Early stages of writing and all...I've been told the dialogue gets better. I hope it does! Otherwise I've been being LIED TO! Scandelous! LOL I've never heard that before! I don't think so, anyways...I don't remember anyone saying that they didn't like Brian but I understand where you're coming from. He does get really whiny at times. He gets better later. At least I hope he does. And something will be revealed about him... Don't you worry. Thanks for the compliments. And yay! Brian got better! ;D Thanks for reading and thanks for the feedback, once again!

Rogue Redemption 1.07-Pull the Curtain BackI actually don't have much feedback for this one. I liked it, but didn't feel the "edge of your seat" thrill. It does leave me wanting to read more to find out about these "dark ones" or "old ones" or whatever they were (obviously I'm bad with names), it just didn't have a lot of suspense. It was a well-written, solid episode that advanced the plot without being corny or cheesy. This was also the most well-edited episode I've read so far. Can't wait for the next one! Rogue Redemption 1.08-Scar TissueI was very intrigued by this one. It kept me wondering what happens next and now I can't wait to read 1.09!! Unfortunately, I can't read it right away, but that might make it a better read as the excitement and wonder will be all built up. Anyway, like I said to Lex, it's wonderful that you guys can crossover with two very different series and then continue your own series and storylines without missing a beat or having to really explain anything. Rogue Redemption 1.09-Birds of PreyI really liked how more was revealed and that Nikki's getting involved in part of this whole "Dark Ones" thing. I like. I'm interesting in finding out who Hector's "boss guy" is. Interesting. I can't wait to see why Chris died so early, so I can't wait to read more to find that out! Rogue Redemption 1.10-Hunting SeasonA very solid ep. We're getting closer to a big reveal about the big bad and his/her/their plans and everything, so that's exciting! The interaction between Sam and Alan is improving and I'm kind of liking that. I mean, I'm definitely liking the improvement...just not so sure about Sam/Alan quite yet. Can't wait to see what Bishop says to the group in the next ep--if anything. Rogue Redemption 1.11-ConfessionsVery good! I was totally into reading it and just kept going and going and going and didn't even notice! I want to know who the young lady is and whether Bishop will start working on the good guys' side or go against them. And what happens to Marie?

Sorry I took so long to respond! But here I am now! Rogue Redemption 1.07-Pull the Curtain BackI actually don't have much feedback for this one. It was a well-written, solid episode that advanced the plot without being corny or cheesy. This was also the most well-edited episode I've read so far. Thanks for the compliments. Yeah I suppose it wasn't that exciting, but at least it was informative! Yeah, it's the Dark Ones- a generalized name. I never wanted to be too specific, just in case. It was well-edited mainly because Lex and I looked over it a few times before it was posted. We wanted to make sure we got everything in the crossover right. Thanks! Yeah, we wanted to make it that way, hence the looking over it, like I stated above. Looks like it worked out pretty well! Ah, yes, Nikki. And there's a reason for that too, which you'll mainly find out about in 1.13. Hector's boss is indeed very...interesting. Chris dying had been the plan ever since he showed up at the end of 1.08. A) To get Robin more involved with the story B) Evil beings are always trying to personally affect good people and C) I couldn't really fit him into the story/plotline. Ee, yes, you are so close to finding out who the Big Bad/s is/are! I'm glad you like the interaction between Sam and Alan, and I hope you continue to like it as it grows. Yay, I'm glad you liked it! You find out who the "young lady" is very, very soon, and where Bishop stands in everything is coming up to. And obviously, what happens to Marie! It all unfolds as you get deeper into the season! Once again, thanks for the wonderful feedback sis. I really appreciate it!

Rogue Redemption 1.12 - Unexpected RelationsI didn't see the Brian/Bishop thing coming at all. And while I didn't see Joseph killing someone as Marie's reason to kill him I was somewhat let down by it. I was hoping there'd be this big fight with magic fisticuffs and all. Maybe next time, huh? And ooh...the coven. Definitely a twist. Can't wait to read the next one!

Rogue Redemption 1.13 - Arisen
I liked this episode. There wasn't a lot of action in terms of fighting, but there were a lot of people sprouting up and discoveries being made, which is more exciting for me than the fighting.
One teeny tiny minor thing, though. There aren't bells in college.

I knew that...Yet I put it in the episode, and several others...Hmph. *scratches head* Sometimes I can be so dumb about stuff!

Rogue Redemption 1.14 - Moths to the Flame (Part I)
I really liked this episode. I have to admit, though, that I'm getting about as annoyed as Bishop is that they're still treating him like crap. Also, I was a bit confused with the Althanea/Woman/Lilah scene. Did I miss something? Cuz I don't really understand what happened there.

They'll respect him more, soon, though. And I assume you mean when Lilah is talking to Althanea about the glamour? Well, Lilah, or more precisely Wolfram & Hart, sent Althanea on a mission to kill the woman, which she did. She didn't know that she'd use her image as a guise, which she found out when she went through with the task. If she hadn't, someone would have recognized her. Make more sense?

No, I'm not sure that made more sense, but I'll read through the scene again and reread what you posted up there and see if it doesn't come to me. Maybe it was just a slow brain day when I read that ep. Rogue Redemption 1.15 - Break of Day (Part 2)I didn't realize as I was reading it that it was the finale. (I had never thought to see how many total eps there were in the season.) And, I would have been a bit disappointed with it as a season finale with it wrapping everything up more or less nicely. (There are still aspects of the characters, the coven/supreme coven, etc. that could be worked through a bit more, I'm sure, but as far as Faith and co. win and Freya says she'll take care of the coven and all--for TV that's pretty wrapped up!) However, you certainly threw a cliffhanger in the end there with tying it into NFA. I'm certainly looking forward to seeing what season 2 is like.

I wrote it, and I wasn't sure about it...but I wasn't going to re-write it, so I posted it and everyone was like "Oh it was great, it was great!" and I just... I don't know. I was happy with it in some ways where I wasn't happy with it in others. It was nicely wrapped up, but that was mostly because I was about to move the characters to a different location entirely, and I wanted to make sure there was closure. And that probably won't be the last you see of the Coven. I'm glad you liked the tie-in. We get to see what went on in the battle after NFA ended in 2.01.

Yeah, I can see that since you're moving them to a different location entirely that you'd want things in the one location more or less wrapped up. I had no idea that you were going to move them like that, though, so as I was reading I kept hoping something would happen at the end as things seemed to be wrapping up pretty quickly.
Does season 2 have the same number of episodes? I know that eps take a while to write, but perhaps a longer season, even if just by a bit, would help with the pacing?

No it doesn't have the same number. It has 16 episodes, one more than season 1.

Rogue Redemption 2.01 - Not in Kansas Anymore
Overall, I quite enjoyed the episode. I liked that you didn't give all of the older characters who had known each other previously a big mushy catching up scene and instead focused on what needed to be done with the action in the story. I'm glad to see that the Artemis/figure arc has not completely ended as, like I mentioned before, I thought thing were a bit too neatly wrapped up in the last season's finale. I'm also glad to see a separate arc starting with the L.A. scene. I think this episode is stronger than most so far. The pacing is pretty good. The characters, though I'm still unsure of what you're trying to do with some of them, were strong, including those from the AtS cast. I'm not sure that you should have used Cordelia, though. Unless she'll be a recurring character this season I think the addition of yet another major character, especially for such a short scene, made the episode a little crowded.

I really didn't want a big mushy scene, 'cause honestly...that'd just be corny. The reason I used Cordelia will be revealed later into the season (in the second half, in fact). The reason for her use will become clear then. I didn't meant to crowd the episode, but she kinda needed to be included. Again, I'm glad you liked it, and can't wait to hear more of what you think.
