The start of Up is so incredibly sad One of my favourite movies though. I'm pretty sure I'll be crying at the end of HP!!

That's a good list. I bawled like a baby when I watched Dancer in the Dark. I also cried at the beginning of Up and The Lion King.

I don't get the Up thing. Had no effect on me at all. Neither did Dancer in the Dark. I was excited because I knew it had to be finishing I'm not the right person for that list. It's not stuff like that that gets to me. It's random things like Armaggedon. Or when the ghosts leave the little kid in Heart & Souls. But I agree with Liz. I'll be a total mess during the last HP. Dobby dying upset me a lot. Every single time. Fred, Lupin, Tonks and even Snape is going to be a nightmare.

Lion King makes me tear up every time. I am surprised Armageddon didn't make the list.

Am I the only one who thought Notebook wasn't all that sad? I've only seen about half of those movies on that list and I didn't cry. Though I might feel differently if I watch Lion King again. The last time I watched it was when I was a kid and didn't know any better. From recent memory, the end of Slumdog Millionaire made me tear-up. Can't think of anything else though.

You didn't find the overall story of The Notebook heartbreaking? It wasn't the actual story he told that was so sad but why he was telling it, how much he loved her and stood by her through her dementia. There are several Disney movies that get a bit sad! Pinocchio upsets Sean a lot, he only watched it once and won't again.
