I just realised that I don't have any comedy shows in my collection. Wanted to watch some comedy the other night and there was nothing!

I thought I had it so didn't buy it but nope! I will get that next time I am looking at DVDs. I now have all of my dvds catalogued in my phone so I can barcode scan it to see if I own it before buying.

Really? That's such a cool thing to have! And pretty useful, i can imagine.

Is is an app on your phone?

Yup it is an app called "Movie Collection", there is a free one with ads and a paid one without which I have. You scan your barcode and if it is in the database it automatically goes in to your phone, if not you have to put in the name yourself.

So I downloaded the app but it could identify my DVDs by scanning the barcodes. I had to manually enter the titles. And I couldn't enter TV series. Grrr.

What app do you use?

Which ones haven't you seen? There are a few later seasons of my shows I haven't seen yet but mostly I am pretty caught up now.

I have quite a big list of ones I want too, but no funds to buy them

It won't allow me to put in more than 50 DVDs as I got the free one. Don't really want to pay $6 for it.

Might try Loz's one and see if it's better.

Found them all on Amazon so I might get them when I get my holiday pay. Hopefully, I'm able to sell my old ones to cover some of the costs.

And seeing how I'm getting s1 and s2 of Lois and Clark in region 1, I need to get s3 and s4 in region 1 as well.
