I'm not sure yet. I feel like they are forcing the storylines now though. We see someone and then (what is supposed to be a huge) mind blowing connection unravels but it isn't as mind blowing as they were in season one.

I've changed my mind.... Is it just me or is season 2 a bit blah so far?? I've only seen half of the first episode so far and am not so fussed to watch the rest. So yeah I've got to agree it has been quite blah so far.  |

^^^ Watching it on TV now and I'm disliking this show. The first season was great but now it's just too soap opera-y for me. It makes me cringe every time an ep comes on.
And in other news show runner Mike Kelley has left the show. So good luck to the show for next season!

They have to many breaks, it,s one episode 2 week break, another episode and 3 week break. If the writing doesn't kill the show this season the network's crummy setup will!
Personally, my annoyance is with Jack and Daniel still unaware with who Emily is. Good job killing off Amanda Clarke (pretend one ofc) but nobody cares because jack still doesn't know that his Amanda Clarke is alive and lying to his face.

I read that the reason MK is leaving is because he wanted a 13ep season for the show but ABC wanted a full 22ep for each season. I gotta say, with the way things are going, MK is right. A 13ep season would be more appropriate for a show like this. He really seem to know where the show is going so it would be interesting to see how it fairs without him around. I think I'll watch the finale just to see how it ends - like Lost.  |

Season 1 of Revenge was great, season 2 was shoddy. I was looking forward to it bouncing back to the top of my list with MK gone, a new slate so to speak or at the very least a chance to rewrite . That didn't happen, you knew from the finale with that scene where she gets shot and then it rewinds all the way back that this season was going to be clutching at straws. They knew that pilot scene was a fabulous start to the show back in season 1 but now it's abused and annoying.
I just want to see the finale to at this point.

First ep aired last night. Watched it with my mom and when she saw an Indian guy writing the series, she turned and told me, "This is going to be like a Tamil serial." And I think she's right! After watching the first ep, I know just want to download the ep where she gets shot and find out who it was. With Jack giving her an ultimatum, I hope that's the writers way of saying they are ending the show. I hear it's not going great with the ratings so here's a chance it might get canned. |

I think it's the opposite. After she died he let go of the grudge he was holding against her for lying to him all this time. I read somewhere they don't want to rush the relationship that they want fans to keep rooting for them. I have preferred Aiden for a while now so I can't wait to see what happens. Daniel needs to be beaten with a sharp stick lol.

I haven't seen that ep yet. Currently watching the the wedding ep right now as I type this. Since there wasn't much Emily/Jack progression since the reveal, I kinda thought the shooting will change things. But I was secretly hoping it wouldn't 'cause I'm rooting for Aiden and Emily more. Also, they should have just killed Daniel in s1. |

It does seem like they are pushing them apart. I thought I recalled Jack tell his latest girlfriend that he loved her.
