Check this out: muchadothemovie.com
Found this on Twitter and I have no idea what the hell it is but it's exciting me! ;D Has many Jossverse actors in it including Nathan Fillion.
I did a bit of Googling and all I found it this: Joss Whedon found time to make a Shakespeare movie?
Nathan Fillion just tweeted a link to MuchAdotheMovie.com, which announces the conclusion of principal photography on Joss Whedon's Much Ado About Nothing, an adaptation of the Shakespeare play. Is this a prank? A short film? Or did Whedon really find time to film another movie in the midst of working on The Avengers?
The cast list includes Whedon stalwarts like Amy Acker, Fran Krantz, Tom Lenk and Sean Maher, plus Fillion himself. Is this going to be a trippy, surreal and possibly other-worldly take on Much Ado? The single image certainly gives us hope.
I'm thinking it's something web-based. Hopefully we'll know something more soon.

Finally! Some info: insidemovies.ew.com/2011/10/24/joss-whedon-sean-maher-amy-acker-much-ado-exclusive/Not posting the interview here as it's about 3 pages long. But here's a teaser for it: After wrapping production on Marvel Studios’ gargantuan summer tent-pole The Avengers, writer-director Joss Whedon was supposed to go on a month-long vacation with his wife, Kai Cole. Instead, Whedon tells EW exclusively that his wife suggested he finally make the feature film version of William Shakespeare’s Much Ado About Nothing he’d been ruminating over for years.
And so he did — adapting the script, casting the film with Whedonverse alums like Nathan Fillion, Amy Acker (Angel), Alexis Denisof (Buffy, Angel), and Sean Maher (Firefly), and shooting the self-funded, black-and-white indie in secret over 12 days at his Santa Monica, Calif., home. (Production wrapped on Sunday, and Whedon says it will be ready for spring 2012 film festivals.) How did Whedon pull all this off? What was it about this particular Shakespeare comedy that drew him in? And what did stars Sean Maher — who plays the fiendish villain Don John — and Amy Acker — who co-stars with Denisof as the sarcastic, talky couple at the center of the play — make of all of this ado about Much Ado?

Much Ado is one of my favourite Shakespeare's so I think this is fricking awesome! If Amy and Alex are Benedick and Beatrice who is Nathan?! Dogberry? Oh god that would be cool

It will be hilarious! It was originally written as a comedy by the great WS so I know Joss is going to have so much fun with it.

Any of you follow Tom Lenk on Twitter or Instagram? He has put up some photos from the premiere.
Reviews have been good so far so I hope someone picks it up for theatrical release. Don't think anyone would give this a miss though since Joss is the hot new thing now.

“Roadside Attractions and Lionsgate have set a June 7 opening for Much Ado About Nothing… The film will open that day in five markets and then broaden out on June 21”.
I think it's going to be a lot like Cabin in the Woods, release wise.
