Yeah I have the radio on all day in my office because I can't work in silence. And I have it on in the car more often than not too. 'Somebody that I Used to Know' is the biggest Aussie song in a long time. It won the Aria for Best Song (our Grammy) and won Triple J 's Hottest 100 (that's our nationwide 18-30 channel). It was sung on our Voice last night by one if Joel's chicks (and Darren called it a "modern Australian anthem). I wasn't real impressed. This chick Laura was Elphaba in Wicked when I saw it and she was brilliant, but the showy stage thing doesn't really work on this show IMO. She just looked wanky.
My faves last night were Darren, Ben, Sarah and Diana. Bought Darren and Ben's songs so voted for them.

Shocked the blond Ben didn't get the teenybop vote, but he wasn't very good and his bowties looked stupid  No surprise Delta picked her backing singer, really don't see how that is fair but anyways.... Other than him and Chris Sebastion (sounds like a weak version of his brother imo) getting through i was ok with the final 4's from each team there. I don't get all the hoopla over Lakyn. I agreed with Seal, he looked bored as. |

Delta's back up Glenn was really good though. I really liked that Rick Price song in year 7 or whenever it was. And it made Keith (who I just adore more and more  ) cry! Sebastion sucks. Can't stand his brother and I don't think he is any good. I agree about Lakyn Beck. Looked like he couldn't be bothered and he murdered it basically. Perhaps it was the wrong song... I thought Joel chose badly for Prinnie too. |

Well last night i liked Darren, Ben, Diana and Sarah. I hope those are the four that go through. Though i think that Lakyn dork is still going to get the chippy vote  Loved the Team Joel performance. He was so into it and showed everyone how it should be done. I really should have gone to that Good Charlotte concert my cousin wanted me to go to! |

I actually like Glenn. I think he has a good voice and performs well. Danni is a pain in the ass but i did like the Russian. But i think Delta screwed her with her song choice last week. Rachel will be Delta's finalist. Has been a lock from the start!
I too was shocked that Seal went with Fatai. She is annoying and he seemed to drool over Emma-Louise every time she was around. But lets face it, its Karise all the way for Team Seal.
I think the four finalists will be Rachel, Karise, Darren and Sarah.

I agree on the first 3 but I think that Lakyn (who sucks imo) will get through on the teenybop vote.
I don't mind Glenn and he's done ok but I still think he is getting through on favouritism from her.

Final starts tonight. I think the coaches do a duet with their finalist so looking forward to Keith and Joel performing.  The newspapers are saying Sarah would have the lead because Joel and Nicole have been flogging it on Twitter. Of the four I thought she'd come last honestly. Not because she isn't good, but because the other three are so loved. Oh, my mother thinks Racheal isn't really blind and it's all a ploy and tactic |

You can see she is blind by the way her eyes look. She's my least favourite of the 4 but I like all of them so I am not too bothered by who wins tonight. I like Joel best though so I am kind of half supporting Sarah |

Once i saw Karise had 5 songs out of 10 on the iTunes pop chart I figured it was a lock... The only shock was Sarah coming fourth. I thought her and Rachael would have switched places. Really enjoyed all the duets (even Delta in her 'I am a bottle of J'Adore perfume' dress) but Keith and Darren were the best IMO. They sang my favourite song of Keith's. Nicole is so bloody lucky having that beautiful song written for her |

Delta looked ridiculous. I hope her stylist has been sacked because her outfits were mostly hideous and made her looks stupid.

Season 2 kicked off this week. Harrison Craig is a young lad with a stutter who sings amazingly, flawlessly well. It was a really nice moment. But it was his little redhead brother who broke me completely |

No way. She is far more annoying this year! The way she spins her chair with the big sweeping gesture and the look of, "I have turned! You get to bear witness to my beauty! You are so privileged! Bow before me!" totally gives me the irrits. And her dancing and name dropping has gotten worse. Can't believe she hasn't played the cancer card yet this season!  Love Joel, love Ricky. Seal is ok. |

We have Shakira and Usher this year in place of Christina Aguilera and Cee Lo Green. I like them better than I thought I would, but I miss Xtina and Cee Lo.  |

I would expect Usher to be pretty good actually. Been around awhile, produces, seems fairly genuine. Shakira isn't annoying? That's a shock honestly! |
