As the poll says, who is your favourite Avenger from the series and why? Not just in The Avengers, but all up. Who was the best villian? What did you think of the other Avenger movies, Iron Man 1&2, Thor, Captain America, The Incredible Hulk? (Since it isn't canon in this universe I am not counting Eric Bana's Hulk movie).
What were your favourite parts in each movie? What do you hope will happen in upcoming sequels? For any comic-Marvel geek which Avengers do you wish were in the movie or will be in the next one?

I can't say as I'm more of a DC person than Marvel. But if I had to chose...Thor maybe? But than I like Stark but not a big fan of Iron Man. I like Captain American but not Steve Rogers...so...it's hard to chose because all of them aren't as good as the DC heroes!

That's a lot of questions I'm only a movie girl at the moment, getting some Avengers comics when I can get to the the comic book store in the city, but honestly I like them all. Thor is awesome (and Chris H is hot as hell), Tony Stark makes me laugh and Steve/Cap is so earnest and good I can't help but enjoy him. In Avengers Hulk was cool as obviously but then so were BW and Hawk. How can you have no opinion because you prefer something else Irene? Just because i prefer Big Bang Theory over another TV comedy doesn't mean I can't have an opinion on Modern Family! And I really don't get the "I'm a DC person" thing i got to say. I get that they come from the same sort of source but I don't think it's a competition or rivalry for very many people. Sure as shit isn't for me. I enjoy both. I don't see the need to compare and contrast and make a fight out of something where there isn't one

I agree, you don't need to prefer Marvel to DC to have an opinion on your favourites. I love both DC and Marvel characters but I think Marvel has a far better variety of superheroes, not just the ones in the Avengers. Avengers > Justice League, imo. But I have favourite DC characters too Anyways off the ones in the movies my favourite is Thor. I love the Norse mythology, always have, so anything related to that I love unless done terribly. Thor was done well, doesn't hurt that Chris Hemsworth is so damn pretty So this was my favourite of the individual movies, and he is my favourite character. That being said (Allan channeling!) I love Robert Downey Jr as Iron Man. I don't think anyone else could have played him as well.

Oh, I chose Thor in the poll too. But I like them all really. For fricks sake I even like Gwyneth when she is Pepper Potts! I read yesterday the RDJ signed a deal for a percentage of Avengers profits. Smart.

I gave my opinion, didn't I? Translation: I can't choose as there's no clear favourite for me as none stood out. There's one thing I like about one of the heroes but there's always something I don't like about them. So in the end I like them all because they are equal to me. No one stood out. And I'm not comparing DC and Marvel. When I said I'm more of a DC person, it just mean I know more about DC heroes than the Marvel ones. Nothing to do with rivalry. Can't be bothered with that shit. Whatever I know about the Marvel ones are based on the movies I've seen and nothing about their stories have struck me. I'm sure the movies never did the stories justice so my opinion would probably change my mind if I read the comics. I can tell you who is my least favourite! Hawkeye. He was such a waste in the movie. Probably the most disappointing thing about the movie.

Iron Man/Tony Stark wins it for me, largely because of how great RDJ is. The Hulk comes in at second place because Mark Ruffalo nailed it and gave us the Hulk we didn't know we wanted until it was on the silver screen. I've never been more satisfied with a recasting before in my life.
Iron Man A surprisingly well made movie for something that was mostly focused on the building of the armor suit.
The Incredible Hulk Forgettable
Iron Man 2 Enjoyable while I watched it, but had way too much crap going on at once. This easily could have been split into two movies.
Thor Surprisingly good.
Captain America I still haven't watched this one yet.
The Avengers Amazing!
Iron Man 3 I thought it was better than the second movie, and had a lot of clever ideas. Tried too hard to be like The Dark Knight Rises.
Thor 2 Amazing! Thor and Loki are the best duo I've seen in years.
Captain America: Winter Soldier The best Marvel movie since Avengers, if not the best Marvel movie all around.
