I used the trial one when it came out in NZ a few weeks ago. I liked it but haven't have the chance to extend it. Have to do so one of these days.

Oh, it's free for the first six months in the UK...which reminds me, I'll need to stay paying soon. Which I'll probably do. It's only £5 per month.

It's kinda like iTunes but not really. You pay monthly and you are able to stream whatever songs you want. It's a great way to find new music.
Have been listening to the Indie radio lately and have discovered a few new bands. Really enjoyed it!
Try out the 30 day trial! ;D

Do you get to keep those songs on your computer or can you just listen to them on the site or whatever?

You can't keep them on your computer. You only are able to stream the songs from the application. It's not a site. It's an application that open up on your computer just like iTunes.

I read online that you can only use it if you have Facebook, which sucks for people who don't want a Facebook account. I'll try the 30 day free trial one of these days.

I am loving this Spotify. Usually when I want to check out a song/band, I have to hunt it down on youtube but now I can get all the songs/albums from a particular band I'm interested in and listen to them in one place. I love it! ;D The Indie radio has been on constant rotation for me. Might consider getting it after the trial is over, me thinks. |
