Nobody is watching Revolution? I am enjoying this show. It's an interesting concept and it seems to be flowing nicely.
"Revolution takes place in a post-apocalyptic dystopian future. Fifteen years earlier, an unknown phenomenon disabled all technology dependent on electricity on the planet, ranging from computers and electronics to car engines, jet engines, and batteries. People were forced to adapt to a world without functioning technology. Due to the collapse of government and public order, many areas are ruled by warlords and militias. The series focuses on the Matheson family, who possess a special device (a pendant-like flash drive) that is the key to not only finding out what happened fifteen years ago, but also a possible way to reverse its effects. However, they must elude Sebastian Monroe, the General of the Monroe Militia and President of the Monroe Republic (an area ranging from the Midwest to the northern Mid-Atlantic and Northeastern regions of the former United States), who wants to possess that power for himself."

I think someone posted about this in another thread? The story seems kind of flat to me, so I haven't really watched it yet. Maybe if I hear really good things about it, I'll give it a go. But I have a feeling it won't last anyway. :/

I think it's viewers have been dropping to. I enjoyed Terra Nova and it was cancelled as well I am hoping it picks up some better numbers because when it comes to new Scifi shows they seem to be dying off.

I must have commented in Currently watching.... I just don't get the premise. Humans lived without electricity for a really long time and managed ok. Is there more to it??

My comments on it in the other thread... Has anyone seen Revolution? Saw the premiere last night. Interesting concept but I don't think it would last. Characters were dull and unrelatable. The whole feel of the show seemed off... Though throughout the ep, I kept being reminded of Firefly. I'm the sort of person who judges the show based on the first episode.

The opening voice over bugs me, it's cheesy . Loz, I assume they are saying we are so spoiled now that if we had to go back to that we wouldn't know what to do but the fact I am guessing that is bad because they don't make it clear. I found it interesting that the characters never knew what the internet was or banks (because they were 3 and 4 when the power went out) Regardless, I want to see them come to MD

After talking to one of the wardrobe ladies for the show on the phone at work, I decided to give this a go. And you know ... Eric Kripke and all. The first episode wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. It definitely got better as the episode went on (the first half was pretty cheesy). I'll probably keep an eye on it. Anyone know if they're going to give it a second season?

Last I saw on facebook they haven't ordered a season 2 yet, I did see they changed from a 22 episode season one to a 20 episode season one.
I didn't make it threw the last few episodes of the first half of season 1 because I got bored. I promised myself I would watch them though lol.
