I don't think we have a thread dedicated to this yet. I just watched the pilot not expecting much. But I have to say it was pretty funny. SMG was pretty funny (probably the least funny on the show so far, though) and I loved Robin Williams and the supporting cast. Even Kelly Clarkson was funny! Anyone else watch the pilot? What do you think? I checked the IMDb boards and it seems like most people didn't like it. Apparently the ratings were great (doesn't hurt they were followed by BBB).

This show could either end up quite clever or charming, or it could end up terrible. I didn't hate the premiere but I didn't love it either. I liked Kelly Clarkson in it though.

Yeah I agree. As long as they find a good balance between the funny and sincere, it can be good. If they go too sappy or too "funny", it won't last.

The second episode was a lot better than the first imo. I am not a big fan of cringe worthy comedy and there was less of it in here. I liked the outtakes at the end, seeing all the different versions of a scene Robin Williams comes up with |

It is scaring me how bad SMG is looking in some parts of this show. Who the hell is her make up person?! That scene after the car crash was the worst yet.

Love the Buffy reference in the outtakes from the 3rd ep. ;D
I agree about her makeup, Loz. Overall, though, I am enjoying the show. It's not the best thing in the world, but I chuckle a few times each episode.

Still watch this Bre? Its really grown on me. I think all the leads are cool, and the storylines are amusing. Lauren does my name proud. A full on chippy, but i really like her!! |

And the show got cancelled. A bit surprise by that though. I haven't been taking much notice with its ratings but I thought it would get renewed because of Williams. |

I'm not surprised. I liked it okay, but I can see why a lot of other people wouldn't. People don't seem to have a lot of luck returning to television. This makes the second show Sarah was in that got cancelled. Michael J. Fox's new show on NBC got cancelled and now Robin's.
