No one is ever watching what I watch but I'll check anyways  So, has anyone else checked this out? It could be really good, I love the Frankenstein story but the rest is only ok. The acting is great, atmosphere is great, it has been enough for me to keep watching but I am not totally enthralled yet. |

Literally never heard of it. Looks interesting though - I'll give it a shot. Exc. produced by Sam Mendes, so that's a good sign.

Yeah I've watched two eps (is that all there is atm?). So far, so good. Nothing spectacular but it could be awesome.

Stepped it up in ep 4 imo. While it seems fairly clear Ethan is a werewolf, was it properly confirmed? Incoming hundreds of Ethan/Dorian shippers Who else thinks Brona is going to become the Bride of Frankenstein? Victor and Sir Malcolm were cute. Victor is very childlike in a way. Fenton was creepy. Well done to the actor. |

Oooh yeah Brona is totally going to be Frankenstein's Bride. I can definitely see it. Especially with that crazy hair.  I don't know that they properly confirmed Ethan is a werewolf, but it seems probable. I love, love, love the Frankenstein story line. His "first born" is awesome. |

That is my favourite storyline too. I love how creepy they make Viktor look with his eyes. I love Dorian too, I really want to see more of him.

It was scary! I gained more appreciation for Josh Hartnett ' s character and as an actor this episode. Especially that last scene. Not sure where that came from but it was great!

That bit did kind of come out of nowhere Random thoughts: - I love Viktor, I really do. He is completely creepy but I love him Loved his scene with Ethan in the basement, I sense a bromance coming on and that is ok by me. It would be nice to have someone actually like someone else on this show (sleeping partners aside) - Vanessa was creepy too. Interestingly no one really comments on the things she says to anyone. I suppose it is meant to shock more than more the plot? Show that she knows everything. I kinda wanted her to spill the beans about Caliban. - I miss Dorian when he isn't on the show. - I can't decide if Sir Malcolm is growing as a character or not. Every time he shows some tiny piece of caring he is revealed to be selfishly motivated. I'd like to think he does care about Vanessa at least somewhat as a daughter, though clearly not more than his own agenda. Then again, it was shown his work was more important than his real children too. - Good to see more of Sembene and him starting to have some personality. - Finale should be epic, is it 2 hours though? I can't imagine them fitting everything into one hour. Is Brona going to become the Bride? |

I like Viktor too. He seems to get along well with everyone but still has obvious flaws. Good character! I'm not into the whole Dorian thing. I like him, I guess, but I didn't miss him this episode. Sir Malcolm at this point hasn't really grown, I don't think. But when it comes to it, I think he'll choose Vanessa over Mina (maybe in this finale)? We'll hopefully some sort of "fatherly" quality soon. I think the finale is only going to be an hour long. |
