What food or drink do you consider seasonal? Do you have those food at any time of year anyway? What meals do you prepare for the big occasions? (Thanksgiving, Halloween, Christmas, Easter)
To me fruit pudding is a Christmas thing, though I don't eat it then anyway. Do Americans eat roast turkey other times than Thanksgiving?

What do you mean by fruit pudding, Beck?
Christmas - turkey, ham, seafood, roast potatoes with duck fat, trifle etc. That's the only real occasion my family celebrates. We might do an Easter brunch though.
I eat more salads in spring/summer, and soups etc in autumn/winter. I see stews/casseroles as winter food, but don't really eat them. Puddings like crumble, bread and butter pudding etc are definitely more wintery.

Red Tulip Easter Egg chocolate is the greatest of easter foods. Have an elegant rabbit in the freezer getting nice and cold (tastes better frozen) ;D

I love salads both with fruits and without fruits, orange juice and chicken roast. The combination of chicken roast with appam or ghee rice is really delicious.

We don't celebrate Thanksgiving here so we'll have our turkey during Christmas.
