Favourite and Least Favourite Actors/Actresses

Okay, with that best actor/actress thing, I can see that. I mean, you're not seeing it because "That Ashton Kutcher, he's so dreamy!", but because a performance was well received.

And ditto, re Tom.

My favorite actress is probably Julie Benz, just for her role as Darla. I absolutely adored her performance as Darla.

My least favorite actor is Tom Cruise. What an idiot.
I also hate Ashton Kutcher... he just bugs me!
My least favorite actress is Paris Hilton. Enough said.

I think it was Allan who mentioned Alan Rickman and Gary Oldman. I really like them too--I think they are fantastic actors, but I don't know much about them outside movies

Ian McKellan (I hope I didn't spell that wrong) and Christopher Lee are both great as well, and from LOTR behind the scenes stuff they seem like nice guys. And I must add Richard Harris--he was amazing as Dumbledore. Oh! And Patrick Stewart--that guy kicks all kind of ass

Dominic Monaghan is a good actor and friggin hilarious--I really like him too. And Sean Astin.

I also dislike Tom Cruise...and Katie Holmes for being an idiot getting involved with him.

I think keanu Reeves is a fantastic Actor, Speed, obviously a classic, Him paired with sandra Bullock, great, I think its the reason, (Well part of the reason) Speed 2 failed so badly, he wasnt in it...

I like Dominic Monaghan to, and Ewan McGregor.

Julia Roberts I think Is a great Actress, and Susan Suranden (Sp?)

My favorite actor would probably be Bruce Willis (performance wise). He nailed all the roles he played imo.

My favorite actress is probably...Amanda Bynes. She gets so into her comedic roles, and they always end up making me laugh .

My least favorite actor is Orlando Bloom. Sure, he's cute, but he is a terrible actor! He shows no emotion!

My least favorite actress is also Paris Hilton, for obvious reasons.

I changed my mind about Ashton Kutcher. I thought he was amazing in "The Guardian", so I have a newfound respect for him.

Also, I thought I'd elaborate on why Jensen Ackles is my favorite actor. It's not just because he's hot. I really think he's great in "Supernatural" and that he was great in "Dark Angel" before it was cancelled. And in "Supernatural", Jensen and Jared have such great chemistry! They act off of each other so much, I love watching scenes wtih both of them.

And Nico, did you think Keanu Reeves was a good actor in anything besides "Speed"? I saw that a long time ago and don't really remember it, but in all the other movies I've seen Keanu in I've always seen him as a pretty bad actor. I always thought "he's lucky he's pretty."

Keanu wasnt bad in Constantine but couldve put more effort in, He was great in Bill & Ted , he was good in the matrix in my opinion to, the watcher I wasnt a fan of, I didnt like him playing the bad guy.

Keanu's good, but I don't think his roles stretch him very far. I think the most stretching one was in The Gift where he played that redneck.

Oh geez, Laura, I hate Amanda Bynes with a fiery passion. She rubs me the wrong way for some reason. Should have added her to my least favorite list.

And Keanu (or as my family calls him: Ke-Nu-Nu) isn't bad, I guess, but I've never seen him as anything great

I'm not a huge fan of Keanu, as most of his roles do require him to stand and look pretty. Brad Pitt, petty good. He has a good range and play it restrained all completely off the wall.

Jack Nicholson for me only has to be Jack Nicholoson. What more could you ask for? What more do you want?

I think Samantha Morton is good and hardly anyone rates her.

Also don't forget Toni Collette, she's great.

Not many people liking Tom Cruise I see. He's not my favourite but I would by no means call him one of the worst. I just, kind of, I don't know, 'Hollywood' for want of a better word, which isn't always a bad thing. I think most of the TM hate comes from the fact that most people don't like him as a person. I couldn't care less about what he's like as long as he's not murdering babies or hating on a race or gender I'm fine with him really. I'll see his movies if they have a good story. I actually quite liked Vanilla Sky.

Brad Pitt is fantastic. I never had much respect for him as an actor until I saw him in 12 Monkeys, which blew me away.

I always got annoyed when Id hear people saying Brad was just a pretty boy and can't act. Yeah there are a lot of actors like that out there, but Brad Pitt is definitely not one of them and is finally getting that recognition. Actors like Steven Seagal also shit me, SO VERY BAD

Brad has always been great. Apart from the brief appearance in Thelma & Louise i didn't actually think he was the hot until Ocean's 11, i just always though he was a very good actor.... I'm still having issues with Watts. I turned off King Kong the other night because she was pissing me off so bad

Wow, Naomi Watts pisses you off that much, Loz? I don't love her, but I don't hate her. That said, I thought she was great in Mulholland Drive (with bonus points for Tank Girl ). I didn't react to her one way or the other in King Kong - I thought she sufficed.

Brad Pitt is an actor I never really gave much thought to until I saw him "really" act in movies like 12 Monkeys and Fight Club. I'm a real fan of his.

My favorite actors and actresses have changed since i was last here. My all time favorite actress is Kate Beckinsale. I think i have seen all of her movies except her British ones which i would love to see if i could get a hold of them. I seriously know like everything about her. Mainly because she's the only person i was really interested in doing a biography about for a school assignment. She was awesome in Underworld. My all time favorite actor is Ryan Reynolds. I've only seen a few of his movies, but the ones i saw were really good. It amazes me how some celebs can play totally different roles. Most of the movies Ryan plays in are comedies, but he can play a serious role as well (Amityville Horror). I was very impressed with his acting in that movie. It was so different from what i was used to seeing him play.

I have more favorite actoresses than actors. But for an actor I would say probably David Boreanaz. I really loved him on ANGEL! Actresses would be Sophia Bush & Kristen Bell. I really adore all of Sophia's work as Brooke Davis on One Tree Hill, and I absolutely loved her in Stay Alive & John Tucker Must Die. Kristen Bell, I think she is just... Kristen. She's great! Rachel McAddams is pretty good too, loved her in Mean Girls and Red Eye. And obviously love Reese Witherspoon!

As of actresses I can't stand.. well I have to say Paris Hilton. and anything Lindsay has done after Mean Girls! As for actors.. I'm not a huge Ashton fan either. I don't really like Freddie Prinze Jr either.. in everything I've seen of his, I never really liked him. *shrug*

Kristen Bell is also among my favourite actresses. Most (if not all) of her acting in Veronica Mars is incredible (hey, you can't blame her for the bad plot lines ).

Least favourite? Hmm...Lindsay Lohan or Paris Hilton. Saying their names is enough explanation.

Favourite actor would be Milo Ventimiglia ('cause he can act and *drool* ), and least favourite...hmm...Chad Michael Murray.
