Awesome! I only have the extended edition so are we skipping the extended scenes or just watching it and kind of talking about it along the way?

Talk about it, both you and Beck have them and I can live vicariously. Or maybe before then I can find the extended versions. Which brings me to my next prob, I can't do saturday my time cause apparently I am going to a wedding. Smashing I know, is it bad I would rather do the LotR marathon?

Nah Well maybe we can do it Sunday your time, I could probably manage to watch them Monday while the kids are at school. And it doesn't matter if we are at the exact same place while talking about it so having the extended scenes wont matter

Oh this is a hard one, i like alot of the people. But if i had to choose, it sill have to be Gimli. But then there is the Witch king.lol
My least favorite will have to be Sam. I liked him, but my least one.

I love Sam, and every time I watch LOTR I learn to hate Frodo all over again

Frodo really is a tool... I too learn that all over again every time I watch the movies Like I have said before, I'd be shoving his little ass in the fires!

You girls are terrible. It was an incredibly tough burden to bear and I think he did great for the circumstances!

He could have shared the burden with Sam, he was the real hero imo. Frodo was a whiney PITA

Well sure he could have shared the burden on Sam, but why would you place such a heavy burden on a dear friend? I wouldn't wish that kind of burden on anyone, let alone give it to them.
