There's also the Alice in Wonderland movie that is coming out (though I'm not sure when) where SMG plays Alice. The poster looks awesome and she really does not look like Buffy in that. Wow, I just checked and it's due out next year. ;D It's based on the game American McGee's Alice, so let's hope it's good (unlike virtually every computer game adaptation). But it should be very dark, and a completely different role for her. I haven't seen the poster, so I'll have to hunt it down. |

The posters for that, so far, are only just fan made, I believe. They do look pretty creepy, though and probably not far off from what the posters will actually look like.

I will always relate her to Buffy, because she played her for so long and the show was so big.
When i saw her in CI i didn't see her as Buffy which i think was good because it meant she could pull of other roles.
When i saw her in The Grudge all i could think was 'why can she go all Buffy on that ghost butt'
When i watched Harvard man i didn't see Buffy too. She was almost as much a bitch as she was in CI.
And same with the return i didn't see Buffy and i think that film was brilliant.
I cant wait to see her in Alice. But i think i may end up seeing her as Buffy in that movie.

Well considering they pretty much ripped off the cover for the game I'm not suprised  I believe Alice is coming out next year if my memory serves me right. hehe, well yeay me then!!  I have a tendency to store loads of stuff like that in my brain but not manage to store actually important things What is the story of Alice really? I know it's about how she grew up but as I never played the game and it's been ages since I read about the movie I can't really recall what the plot is.. One thing mom and me were discussing the other day was actually sarah and buffy. And I showed her some pics of Sarah from the opening of Harrods sale in july and she said that it shows now that sarah has grown up and become really mature after Buffy and I guess she's right. She's turned 30 this year and it's been 4 years since Buffy ended. Time flies and with the "new" color that Sarah has she's really put a distance between herself and the character in age as well.. but in the end we'll both see her as Buffy. I will always check twice for something about her and buy magazines that she's in because well.. she's Sarah, she's Buffy. |

What is the story of Alice really? I know it's about how she grew up but as I never played the game and it's been ages since I read about the movie I can't really recall what the plot is.. Little girl goes off to a magical land and does a ton of drugs and hallucinates. Or not. But it is basically a magical land. As for the game, and presumably the movie, it's about a now adult Alice returning to Wonderland, where it's all very dark and twisted. My one hope for SMG in the movie is that she's a brunette. Alice was in the game, and every time I see the character portrayed as blonde ever since the Disney movie, it bugs me, since she was written as a brunette, and the inspiration for her character was a brunette. |

I don't think SMG has any desire to go blonde again. It would put her right back into the Buffy spotlight. But I assume, Allan, since it's based on the video game, she will be brunette.

I'm sad that she'll probably never go blonde again. That's when she was the most beautiful IMHO. But I agree, I hope she's a brunette in Alice, to keep with the spirit of the game and such. What is Lara Croft got blonde or a red head in the movies.. so wrong!  |

I prefer her as a brunette. Makes her look older and maturer, in my opinion. But I do agree with Bre, I don't think she'll go blond again anytime soon. The next time we'll see her blond is in Southland Tales and that might be the last time.

But her "people" might think it's in her best interest to stay away from the blond for a while ... Anyway, if I had a choice, I'd leave her brunette, she looks better.

The next time we'll see her blond is in Southland Tales and that might be the last time. Too bad it's not her own hair.. or it is and just looks like a wig  I agree that the brunette thing works for her with age and whatnot but I still found her at her most beautiful as a blond. I can't help it |

I think she looks gorgeous either as a blonde or brunette  I do prefer her hair long though It's shorter in those pictures... And anyway... poor Sarah  It seems those pictures were taken while she was going to do some shopping... why don't they ever respect her privacy a bit ? |
