yeah helpless, i just not keen on buffy in that episode, she complains all the time that she would rather have a normal life but when she loses her slayer abilities she moans even more
normal again just bored me, if they had shown her at the beginning of the episode that she was in a mental hospital before we saw her stabbed by the demon it would have made the episode very enigmatic and enjoyable
season 7 rocks

There are a lot of episodes I don't like. All of season 1 except The Pack and Prophecy Girl.
Some Assembly Required, Inca Mummy Girl, Reptile Boy, Lie to Me, Bad Eggs,
Anne, Dead Mans Party, Homecoming, Amends, Gingerbread, The Prom.
Superstar, Where the Wild Things Are.
Buffy vs Dracula, Real Me, Family, Blood Ties, Forever.
After Life, Flooded, All the Way, Wrecked, Doublemeat Palace,
Most of season 7.

I love The Prom too  even the Bangel parts but I like the Xander/Cordy stuff more. |

I don't dislike any episodes of Buffy, but if I'm watching them on Video or DVD there are some I do skip watching because some episodes are more interesting then others.
These are the ones I would skip watching:
I, Robot... You, Jane
Bad Eggs
Go Fish
The Zeppo
A New Man
Where the Wild Things Are(Good episode, but sleepy in some parts)
Restless(In my opinion the worst episode of Buffy)

A New Man? I think that episode is hilarious! And Restless the worst episode of Buffy? Come on, you gotta be kidding. It's one of the best! But I'll agree with you on these:

The Zeppo was brilliant. I disagree with the majority of season 4 being bad, there were some brilliant episodes in that season. Including Restless.

I have only seen seasons 2-4 and some of 5, but so far there have been a few episodes that were just bad. Unfortunately I don't know the names of them all, I'll have to have a look at the episode summaries and then post them.

I Only Have Eyes For You, Worst episode ever!!!.
i felt like i was watching some crappy remake of an old movie, and the music in this episode really got to me it just kept repeating and repeating... if you ever want to torture me, put me in a room with this playing over and over again...

ummm thanx for the tip infecths that will come into use some day!
I can't say the ep really bothered me at all- sure it wasn't the most gripping but well.... I love the interaction between Buffy and Angel and the kiss at the end is sweet! I also love how broken up Giles is, good to give him that dimension

Restless I hated because there were just thing's that were just confusing, like:
Anya mentions her quitting being a Demon, yet her powers were taken away from her, she didn't give them up.
It's not atually explained why the First Slayer is killing them in there dreams.
When I first saw this episode back in 2000 on TV, I was very disappointed. The Scoobies had just defeated their most powerful evil being yet, and I'm left wondering "What are they going to do now!? ". I think it was very silly to have this right at the end of a season after a big fight-action episode-primevil.

That's the thing though, Joss knew that at the end of every season, on the last episode, the big bad would always be defeated, so Restless was in a way, a different way of ending a season. I thought it was brilliant.

Apparantly this is the episode is the one that showed to Joss that Angel could hold his own show. He did such a good job delivering his lines as the ghost lady and Joss knew from then on |
