Why do you think that? I agree they had a lot of chemistry and there was a lot of love there (I actually believe Angelus and Darla did love each other, in their own sadistic way)

My favourite ship (and let me mention I haven't seen season 5 yet) was Wes/Fred. I just love the way they are together and I love Wesley he is my Favourite character.
I didn't like Angel/Cordy, the relationship was fine but I thought there was to much romance stuff that I didn't care about, it reminded me of broody Angel and it was rather annoying.
Just to add it was incredibly obvious Gunn & Gwen had sex I don't see any reason to doubt that.
