Who plays/has played the Sims? I play on and off but I haven't in a long time. I am considering getting it out and making a Kax community sims, then having you all drown/kill each other/ other funny things J/K I don't think I could be bothered creating that many Sims Usually I get my Sims talents all up and then worry about careers and getting friends. Then I get bored. Oh and I hate having no money so I use the money cheat and build myself a nice house first Which Sims do you like best and which ones have you played?

Haha a Kax community sims would be awesome. Watching Shaun and Allan hook up and seeing Irene try to murder Allan in various ways while i walk around hitting on everybody I used to play it but it gets so boring that i have to wait about a year until i can start it up again.

I love the Sims! I have all the expansion packs for the first one, and all except the most recent one for Sims 2. I haven't played in ages though, because I don't have a PC anymore. I did buy the special laptop version one though, but haven't played much. I always use the money cheat!

I have to say I've never seen the point of it, or how it's (apparently) the biggest selling game ever. I prefer games to be escapist, rather than making little computer people have lives. I'm sure I'm completely missing the point of the game, though.

If you hrow a party and when you have like 15 people inside the house block off the front door with a couch, and put chairs and other flammable things in front of the fire, and it all catches light, and no one can escape then death comes and everyone becomes ghost/spirit type things. If you kill someone before the mass murder, death will come and you can set him alight to It gets boring after about 2 hours, the best bit is designing your house, then it all catches fire and you lose everything!

Hmm...the mass murder bit does sound intriguing. But it sounds like the game has a silly sense of humour, which could be worth some novelty value at least.

I dont really enjoy playing it seriously (well, play it 'properly'), but I do Love building my own house and decorating them, lets face it, who wouldn't love the chance to design there own house.

I'm going to reinstall The Sims 2 later today. And I shall build my house and make my Kax community. I'll let you all fend for yourselves though, maybe make a couple of you nuts and make some screenshots Though I will probably get bored after making a couple of you so it may not happen

So, what happens to the Sims when you turn the game off? Do they have their own little adventures? And for that matter, when you uninstall the game, do you feel guilty about committing mass genocide?

They run around and visit each other, bitching about how horrible you are.

The first Sims sucked, why buy newer versions? I don't mind SimCity, but the Sims is boring. At least in SimCity you can release a huge monster on the city
