Ep 14 Damn you Mother Original. I do not want anything happening to Elijah! Surely there is a way to take out Klaus without taking them all down  Elena, you are an idiot. Further Elena is an idiot proof is the way she is with Damon. He is divine (especially in a tux  ). And wicked cool. But he loves you too much? He cares too much? Get a grip girl and wake the f**k up and realise what you have. Yes, Stefan is awesome too but he has too much shit going on. And he left you. And bit you. And basically messed with your head. Get over it. MOVE ON. Damon and Rebekah = smoking. Saw it coming from the moment they talked at the ball but it was cool when it went down. And i don't blame Damon for going out and getting some with Elena being a moron as per above. Not sure what to make of the Caroline and Klaus thing but i didn't hate it. The drawing was a nice touch. Will be interesting to see where that goes. No Bonnie was enjoyable. But really, she breaks out Mama Original but isn't worthy of an invite?  |

Loved the scene with them all on the stairwell. Elijah can't die, because he is pretty awesome!.
I didn't like Elena in this episode, she makes Damon feel bad for loving her but honestly maybe time away from her is exactly what he needs! Looks like they are making Elena/stefan a comeback
Something about Caroline & Klaus' relationship intrigues me, he has been a bad guy forever, showing his soft side to Caroline is very different from him, I like it.
LOL at Bonnie getting no invite! That made me laugh because every other family was represented. Missed Alaric in this ep though! |

I got the middle cover (found it at Barnes & Noble) they never had the one with all 3 or I would have gotten that one! Do you want me to send it to you Loz? I have read it all (couple times haha) already.

Keep going mate. I did the same thing, watched the first ep and went eh. It takes a few episodes to ramp up and get cracking, but believe me it does! I don't know anyone who hasn't gotten addicted and devoured it |

I guess most of them do  But my cousin doesn't at all, and she bloody loves it. For me I find the characters entertaining and interesting. The fact they are vampires, witches, doppelgängers, humans, werewolves, hybrids isn't the important thing. And I like looking at Damon And I  Elijah |

A couple quick/general/fairly random thoughts from recent episodes: Since I'm still also watching season 2 and am about halfway through, every Thursday night I'm torn between wanting Elena and Stefan to get back together and wanting her to get with Damon, although after the last episode she was so bitca-y toward Damon I wanted to slap her!
I'm loving Caroline and Klaus! I'm liking it so much better than Caroline and Tyler. I hope that continues.
I really wouldn't mind the Originals getting killed off...though I don't really mind Klaus--and I guess Elijah's okay, too. I'm still in the middle of the whole ritual story line in season 2, so it's making it a bit difficult to form a firm opinion without having the whole history.
I miss old Alaric. I realize he's now lost two lady loves to vampires (well, I'm assuming that's what happened to Jenna) essentially, but this pouting around and having no constructive part in the episode is getting old. And I do NOT like this new doctor lady.
I miss Jeremy. Bonnie's role has been kind of dumbed down a bit recently, too, it seems. Hopefully that's just because the storyline with the Originals having returned needs to be developed a bit more with Stefan, Damon, and Elena before they can involve the other characters in it too heavily. |

This show is full of twist and turns eh!? Alaric is the killer? I didn't even consider that his supernatural ring would be damaging him and it's pretty obvious. No wonder the poor guy was dying every week!. I saw a sneak peek to next week when we see him try kill the doctor. I love seeing him with Elena, he is the only one other than Matt she has left now.
I like that Damon is trying to teach Stefan how to drink without Killing. It will make him less of a danger.
Again, poor Alaric! |

I never saw Alaric being the killer, either, Nico! I actually suspected the doctor right up until it was revealed that it's Alaric. I still don't trust the doctor.
Jeremy's going to be getting a bigger role again. Between what's going on with the Originals holding him hostage, essentially, so that Bonnie will work for them and Alaric having written Jeremy that hit list I expect he'll be back big for the rest of the season. I just hope he hasn't got a psycho alter ego, too.
And, Damon teaching Stefan to drink without killing is great. At least, it's probably better than him bouncing back and forth between his Ripper self and his animal diet, but even if he manages to master drinking without killing he won't be the same.
I don't like this attitude change toward Elena and Damon. I mean, yeah, I can get that he doesn't like that his brother's in love with her or that maybe she has feelings for Damon, and that's all more than fair. But, there's something beyond that, and I don't really think it suits Stefan at all. Maybe it's just that we've had so many weeks off lately due to basketball and whatever else that I don't have the steady flow that we usually do from week to week, but this new attitude of his seems forced, like they don't quite know how to write it. |

Agree, they are Vampires, Stefan is more deadly and dangerous than Damon purely because one taste of blood and he can't control himself. He needs to learn how to be in control to avoid another episode like the last couple times.
