Dunkirk.
I'm not much of a war/history movie person but this was brilliant. I was completely enthralled.

Did you like Tina?? I've watched it a few times now and I hate her more and more. It's a real shame because I like the rest so much!

Yeah, I liked her. She reminds me of Brie Larson a bit.

Passengers. Problematic issues aside, it wasn't too bad. They had good chemistry.

Yeah, I watched it the other day. I saw it on the plane but i must have been sleeping on and off because there was whole sections I didn't recall (Laurence Fishburne was in it?! ). They were decent together I agree.

The book disturbed me enough to not want to see that particular movie!

I've never read the book, but many reviews said it stayed pretty true to the original tone and story. And I'll never read it after watching the movie.

Baby Driver. What an awesome movie. So cool and slick. I need to watch it again. And who knew Ansel was interesting to watch on screen.

I have a new favourite movie for 2017. Thor: Ragnarok. Is it the best of the Marvel "Avengers" series? Its up there on the enjoyable scale. Is it the funniest one ever? Oh yes, by a country mile! Laughs from minute one to the post credits scenes (there are two as per usual). Great story, just zings along. Looks perfect, sounds perfect (hell yes to the gratuitous use of Led Zeppelin as well), and is just a ride from go to woe. Chris Hemsworth is perfection in every sense of the word, and of course bloody funny. Cate is great (a bit one note, but oh well), Hiddleston remains the best as Loki, Tessa is REALLY great and Ruffalo is just fabulous. Goldblum does his usual thing and is just right, and Taika is Korg. Korg is now one of my favourite characters ever. Who thought an alien made of rocks would speak with the accent of a Kiwi bouncer.... It is pure gold Oh, early on there is a little play. Everyone pay attention to who is playing the roles of Thor, Loki and Odin 'd it!!

Is the yep an answer about Bad Moms 2? Cate Blanchett totally owns that “production”. She’s awesome.

Yep was to Bad Moms 2 It isn't as good as the original but it is still funny. I loved that production. How awesome for that audience!

I didn't think the first one was that funny, but I enjoyed it. If that makes sense at all... My most recent: The Big Sick. Nice movie Holly Hunter is bloody awesome. Thought Ray Romano was great too. Would so like them to get some award buzz. Rough Night. Deeply dumb, but a bit of fun. Kate McKinnon continues to amuse me. Didn't mind her Aussie accent. Have heard worse anyway!
