Thor Ragnarok.
Was fun and entertaining but still think the second one was better.

Really can’t agree. I would watch Chris Hemsworth read the dictionary, and Thor 2 was enjoyable sure, but Ragnarok is a far superior film in every way IMO.

I agree. Thor 2 was the weakest of the 3 imo but I love all of them. Chris Hemsworth is of course a bonus Ella-Rose can't wait for Infinity War and I am not sure it is the movie itself she wants or her two favourites, Chris P and Chris H on screen together

I thought Thor 3 should have focus on one storyline instead of having both the Hulk/disposal planet story and the sister story in one movie. It felt messy and it dragged in some places.
As much as I disliked Man of Steel and BvS, I'm looking forward to Justice League. The trailers look good. But then again, so did the trailers for the previous movies and the movie itself turn out to be crap.

They connected though.... his meeting with the Hulk and Valkyrie, as well as Korg and co escaping with the ship...
I'm looking forward to it too.

Oh yeah, I know they connected but I felt that the sister storyline was sidelined quite a bit even though to me it was the most important part of the movie? I was legit waiting for Korg to say "nek minnit".

Saw this online about some hidden joks in the movie and I thought this was pretty genius.

Justice League.
I really hope there's some director's cut out there that will be release.
Joss did not do a good job with the reshoots and editing and whatever he had a hand in. I really hope they'll release the Snyder version.

How was it? Hearing mixed reviews.
I watched Bright.

It was alright. Not as bad as some reviews made it out to be. It's a bit all over the place and they repeat a lot of stuff but it's still entertaining and funny. They should stop though. 3 is enough.

Me too - it's such a lovely film. And I got to see them film the first one in Primrose Hill!
Victoria & Abdul with my parents because I'm elderly.

The new Jumanji. Not as good as the first, but I enjoyed it.

I, Tonya - Margot is fast becoming another of my Aussie goddesses (with Nicole and Cate of course). She is phenomenal in this, and deserves every bit of the acclaim and the nominations. I know a lot of the story vaguely. While i was pretty young, it was one of the biggest stories around. So while I knew how it ended, the journey was still enjoyable (and sometimes sad AF). AJ for the Best Supporting Oscar. She is bloody fabulous. Pure evil really.
Get Out - Its good, and everyone in it is great, the underlying theme is well done, but I can't say I really understand the massive reaction to it. It's certainly an impressive debut.
Three Billboards outside Ebbing, Missouri - Frances could have another Oscar. She is flat out awesome. Her little chat with the priest goes down as one of my favourite movie moments of the year. Rockwell is great, deserves his noms and awards. Harrelson is fabulous too. He needs more cred. A decent film.

The Shape of Water - SO good. I really didn't think I would like this, but it's amazing. Everyone is outstanding (Sally, far out) and it's beautifully shot and made, just looks gorgeous. My pick so far for Best Picture. GDT for Best Director too.
