I really want to see AQP but I can't do horror movies. Maybe I'll wait till it comes out on iTunes. Might be easier to watch it on a smaller screen.

Ocean's Eight - the cast is awesome and they are all perfect, and clearly enjoy each other. Good little twist. I think the big scam could have been a bit more involved and surprising, but it still worked. There is one thing I hated. It better not remain fact if there are more films.

I saw A Quiet Place a few days ago.
Maybe I was watching it on a small screen but I didn't find it all that scary. Some of it didn't make sense but it was not too bad. Great acting all around (even the kids!) and an interesting premise - didn't see some of the twists in the movie coming though!

Apologies Admin, if this is in the wrong area.
I will avoid spoilers
But I just watched Deadpool 2 the other day and in my opinion it wasn't as great as the first one. The first one was 1,000 times better. I wasted $13 on the movie, I don't believe this was even worth $5.
For those who have seen it, what are your opinions on this movie, please avoid spoilers for those who haven't seen it and speaking of those who haven't seen it, will you go and see it?

Which bit did you hate, Loz? I finally saw it on the weekend. Overall, I really enjoyed it - loved all of the cast, and loved the general storyline. I think it was all a bit too easy, there wasn't any real conflict. Everything was resolved quite neatly. I think it would have been cool at the end when Debbie says, "you would have loved it" and Danny walks in and says, "I did."

Loz - Oh he's definitely not - I think they would have said more about what had happened if that was the case. I reckon he faked his death. I hope we get an Oceans 8 sequel. How good was the fashion, Loz? Also loved hearing CB's Australian accent.

They should have a 'crossover' movie with the male and female cast.

Mission Impossible: Fallout - one of the films of the year for sure. The things that nutter butter Cruise does are just fricking insane, and oh so enjoyable to watch Great story, awesome characters (I LOVE Ilsa - first thing i did when i got out was check if they make MI Pop Vinyls) and the set pieces boggle the mind. The Arc de Triomphe is the most mental thing i've ever seen road wise (saw three accidents in the half hour I watched traffic). Going around it the wrong way on a motorbike is just batshit crazy lets face it. Its great that the only front on shot they got of him doing the building jump is the one where he smashed his ankle. The limp away is a real moment knowing what actually happened. All in all the best of the franchise. Boyle must be seriously worried about the next Bond. How the hell do you top this!? The Spy who Dumped Me - Mila Kunis is one of my favourites, Kate McKinnon amuses me greatly and Sam Heughan is Sam Heughan (also known as hot AF) so I was keen to see this. Its not going to be a classic or anything, but it was a decent way to spend a couple of hours. The leading ladies have fabulous chemistry. I imagine they would have had a ball filming this. Gillian Anderson's little part is great. She really is fabulous.

I watched it last Friday night (while eating noodles, an absolute excellent combo), but I legit love the new Netflix film To All the Boys I've Loved Before. Main guy is 22 and so cute. Love that Netflix is bringing back the romcom!
