Changed to 2018 as we already have 2017. Easier to go by year it’s happening instead of honouring. Especially when it comes to the Emmy’s late in the year. Disagree with most of your choices there Liz All about Foy and The Crown of course, but when it comes to BLL it’s all my Nicole!! Will do all my choices when I see some movies. Drastically behind awards season wise.

Did I put 2017? I totally thought to myself "2018, the award shows are held then" - oh dear, hopeless!
Yes, I'm very behind on films too!

I know it’s making a statement, one I totally support, but I LOVED all the black dresses. My favourite Nicole and Alex won so happy about that!!

So happy to see The Marvellous Mrs Maisel picking up the big ones! GG won only 1 big award - Outstanding Makeup – Series at the Emmys in 2004 (that episode - The Festival of Living Art - is fantastic though and I have a copy of Lorelai's painting in my apartment!).

YES! So happy for ASP. (I don't count that Emmy win as a proper Emmy win. )

Of course it’s a proper Emmy win. Saying otherwise devalues a lot of people’s hard work over the years in many, many categories.
Haven’t seen the show, but it’s on my list.

The Daytime Emmys are a bit weird. It's basically the same soaps nominated for every category. Still, I'd be bloody chuffed to win an award like that!

Makeup is a Primetime Emmy, they just award it at the other ceremony. Like the Guest Actor/Actress ones. I’d take one too

Did anyone else thought the Critics Choice Awards was a mess? Or has it always been like this? It's my first time watching and the whole thing was so cringe-worthy.

SAG Award WinnersI had best dressed run down but i somehow screwed the post. I'll redo it later Some great dresses though, and Nicole's hair was just stunning and jaw dropping. SO good.

So happy the This Is Us cast won! Their reactions to it was precious.
Everything else was pretty predictable.
EDIT: Oh I was surprise Claire Foy won. Thought for sure Moss will get it.

It was very sweet. They really didn’t think they’d get it clearly Foy is flat out remarkable. I think she should get every award there is for her performance. Totally deserved IMO. Also. I don’t know Moss is beloved among her fellow actors what with the whole crazy Scientologist thing....

Oh I agree Foy should win everything. But with Moss winning everything lately, thought for sure she'll get the SAG as well. I totally forgot about her Scientologist thing! Makes sense now. I never liked her. It's a shame they didn't allow Matt or Vanessa to go up to get the award on her behalf. The shot of their reaction was cute, I was hoping they would go up to say something. I know it's not protocol but I always thought it would be better and more interesting if a cast member or director could get the award on behalf of the absentee.

Pretty predictable apart from all the love for Phantom Thread IMO. Was kind of hoping to skip that, it just looks eh to me Would love Margot to win (she won’t), but I think AJ might. I would seriously be so excited. She’s my CJ Cregg always. Will do my predictions and picks day before. Should be a good one

Yeah, I'm pretty surprise with the Phantom Thread noms and for Denzel. He came out of nowhere. Disappointed The Big Sick didn't get Best Picture nom. Random note but why are people mispronouncing Missouri wrong? It happened at the nominations and at the SAG awards. It's a well know city name that people say all the time!
