Actually yeh. I think if you could just ignore 80% of what she says and the bluntness she is actually a decent person. You can see from season 1 why she behaves in such a way and there is actually a lot of growth
I think that from season 4 onwards she was actually a good friend to Rory, even if she did have her moments. And how perfect are her and Doyle together!

Finished watching season 4. Loved the finale! Lorelei/Luke's first kiss was adorable.  I don't like Jason. He's probably the only guy who dated Lorelei that I don't like. Something about him bugs me. It could be because every time I see him, I keep getting reminder of his character in Malcolm in the Middle and that character pissed me off! |

I wasn't a big fan of Jason, either. I never saw "Malcolm in the Middle," so that can't be why. He seemed too perfect for Lorelai, although I'm not really sure why. Just always got that impression.

He didn't seem too perfect to me. He pissed me off when he decided to sue Richard. I thought that was a really selfish thing to do (even though I understand why he was doing it). Still, he should know how it would affect Lorelei. Plus, him showing up like that at the inn was annoying as well. Everything about him was annoying! Though his dog was cute. ;D |

Yeah I didn't like Jason either. He was weird and annoying.
I think my favourite Lorelai boyfriend was definitely Max.

I know that Lauren was closer to David than Scott (and also masterminded their character's marriage in season 7) but I never read anything that they hated each other.

Yeah, apparently they hated each other with a fiery passion. I read about it a few times over the years. And i saw a thing on on it on E once too. I get the impression from interviews around the place that Lauren Graham is not well liked in general  |

That I'm not sure. There were some interviews with the both of them where you get the vibe that they aren't that close or got on well together. |

Liza Weil (Paris) will be appearing in GA's season 5 finale as a patient.
Did anyone else know that she's married to Paul Adelstein (Cooper from Private Practice)? I just found this out today and I was really surprise.

At the moment, I think season 5 is my favourite season.
Though I'm not a big fan of Logan. Rewatching the season made me realise how much better Marty was for Rory than Logan!

Saw the finale last night and I loved it. I laughed, I cried, I was touched. I thought it was an awesome finale to the show.
Things I loved:
The whole town planning the surprise party.
Luke and Lorelai
Luke and Lorelai kiss!
Rory turning down Logan's proposal.
The final scene.

I hated that Rory turned Logan down! I'd like to think that he proposed again on election day! Isn't it cool that she went to work as a reporter for the Obama campaign.

I thought she did the right thing. Logan was too immature for her and I don't think he was ready for marriage. Maybe a few years down the road when he has established himself without his father's name.

I am really getting back into Gilmore Girls now it is running on ABC. Rory just got the big Heave Ho from Dean, I love Rory/Jess at such a young age when Dating is nothing more than having fun.

I'm rewatching season 3 at the moment and I hate how Jess treats Rory. I still feel Dean was the best for her even though she treated him like crap.
