Ooh, I wanna see that!
I recommend Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, NOT Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. I just watched Tim Burton's version last night, and wow it was .. different. Don't get me wrong, I respect Burton and all the cooky ground he walks on, but the original was 45674864 times better.

I love The Three Musketeers with Kiefer Sutherland, Charlie Sheen and Oliver Platt as the three musketeers. I think it's a great story and has a lot of memorable lines. It's on my list of movies to buy.

I recommend Memoirs of a Geisha. It was an interesting movie. You get to explore the Japanese culture through a geisha's eyes. It's really good. From 1-5, i would have to give it a 5.
I also recommend North Country. This is an excellent movie. It stares Charlize Theron. It's about a long legal battle of the first group of women who became miners. They had to endure much unwanted criticism because they were females in a mining working environment. I would also give this a 5.

The Da Vinci Code.... Don't understand why its getting so panned. I enjoyed it a lot. And as a fan of the book i wasn't pissed off with the translation for once.

Oooh I really want to see "V For Vendetta", but not as much as I want to see "The Da Vinci Code"!!!! And I've been hearing bad critiques on it for the last couple days, but I'm trying not to pay attention to them.. because they are always wrong!

I think the church is paying off the critics or something They are bitching that it is 'Too wordy'. How the hell else are you going to tell the story?! Through mime?!

Yikes, it's got 15% on Rotten Tomatoes. Ebert likes it though. I think people hyped it up too much and now it isn'tleaving up to their expectations.
""... Mr. Howard and Mr. Goldsman handle the supposedly provocative material in Mr. Brown's book with kid gloves, settling on an utterly safe set of conclusions about faith and its history, presented with the usual dull sententiousness." - from the NY Times.
Oh dear. I'm still going to see it, and I'll make up my own mind about it.

I'm seeing it on Sunday, I loved the book, I am not listening to any of what the critics are saying, I wanna see it on screen and see how they did it, then if I am disappointed then it will be because of my own opinion and not because someone said it was bad!!

I recommend Lucky Number Slevin. Go see it. I didn't want to and I loved it. I don't want to say anything, though. It will give it away. Just. Go. See. It.

I can't take that title seriously. It sounds like a joke or something.
