Well in the last episode I believe Bianca Lawson was in the credits at the beginning unless I was totally just seeing things, but I don't remember seeing her in the episode.

I just checked IMDb, the witch friend is Bonnie Bennett, so I guess that's it  Although both the servant and ancestor looked like the same person (?) |

Yeah I just figured it was the same actress. Guess not! It will be interesting recognizing her as Kendra now in the next episode.

Wow, I could have sworn it was the same actress to  . I said from the beginning the witch girl had something to do with Vampire Slaying! and Elena's family is related to teh story somehow as well!. |

It took me awhile but I am really enjoying this show now Bought season one because it was cheap and I can't stop watching. Why oh why are there comparisons to Craplight?! This show is extremely entertaining and the characters are great. Elena is not a whipped wuss loser and has a personality and a brain! Stefan is awesome (and hot) and Damon... Well far out what a brilliant character is he. And so damn pretty First time ever where I see both sides of the triangle as equal. No wonder Elena (and Katherine) struggle there!! |

It took me a couple of episodes to get into it, but i am very glad i kept going because it just gets better and better as it goes along. And its one of those shows that has those little, "wow that was really well done" moments. Damon and Elena dancing together in Miss Mystic Falls was one such moment |

Glad you are watching now Loz I think they play alot of the moments with Damon pretty good, his character is very interesting to me, the bad guy you can't help but like!.
You haven't seen any season 2 right Loz? it get's even more interesting I remember watching season 1 and wondering what other story lines could be as interesting as the Katherine one, and season 2 surprised me.

Just watched episode 8 of season 2. Bloody hell Damon you lovely thing Tells Elena he loves her and doesn't deserve her but Stefan does, gives her this sweet kiss on the forehead and compells her to forget. Great moment. And seriously, playing Elena and Katherine means Nina Dobrev has the best job on TV!! |

Well I am hooked. First few episodes are very eh but then it picks way up. Way prefer Damon to Stefan though I do like the both. Interesting since when I read the book (only the first one so far) I much preferred Stefan to Damon There aren't any characters I don't like so far other than those we are supposed to not like (Logan Scum-fell ). I don't really like Katherine but again I don't think we are supposed to. I just watched the one with the Miss Mystic thing, looking forward to seeing the rest of it. I assume Katherine will show up and that Isobel will as well. I like Anna and Jeremy, they are cute together even though it is all a bit weird. I am also guessing that somewhere along the line the Elena/Damon relationship will be explored. There is chemistry there already. I like Bonnie too so I hope her and Elena patch things up. I even don't mind Caroline. |

My second convert of the week! I have Jen hooked as hell now too. She was going home to watch the first 11 eps of season 2 tonight. She doesn't need to sleep apparently I'm not a huge Bonnie fan. She would be my least favourite i think. As well as Tyler. But he is meant to be a pain in the ass most of the time i think. Miss Mystic Falls....... The dance......That song.... Damon....Done now  |

I've watched 10 episodes of Season 2. Jeremy annoys me so much. Damon IS delicious, Loz got that right! Is the storyline still following the books? It's sure getting exciting |

I'm up to Stefan is in the tomb with Katherine (he rescued Jeremy when the fool went in there to get the moon stone from her and she wouldn't let him out). Rose got bitten by the werewolf. Then there is the warlock thing, and the doppelganger thing....The whole thing sounds so Twilight, it's easy to forget the VD came first |
