I've seen every episode aired in the US. Waiting for episode 12 i think it is.... I think they are only about 3-4 behind on GO but i'm not certain.

Great finale (season 1 obviously). I wasn't happy Anna died though, I liked her! Wasn't too upset Katherine killed John, but I worked out it was her as soon as she kissed Damon, and I was expecting her to turn up at some point - she kinda had to after all the talk about her. Jeremy is a pain in the ass so I can only imagine he is a bigger pain in the ass in Season 2. What is Tyler and his father? Werewolves? Bonnie leave Damon alone, starting to not like you Stefan is becoming ho-hum too but that is to be expected compared to Damon |

Episode 12 So sad  Was horrible seeing Rose like that. And Damon. My god he just gets better and better. How lovely was he giving her that dream (and how beautiful did they both look in that field?! ). And his tears when he staked her. Nice moment with the hug from Elena too. Great job by IS there. He looked so wrecked but refused to break. And then back to old Damon laying on the road killing people Caroline and Tyler. Yay I liked her, "Everyone needs to stop kissing me!" Jules is a rampaging psycho bitch  Hated her in OTH. Hated her in SVU. Hate her in TVD!! |

I am totally confused, I checked the CW channel last night (Thursday) when VD is always on and they are showing it Saturday instead! I can't wait to see Episode 12 though, I have been waiting on it since the show stopped back in December!. I think Stefan becomes more likable in season 2 and Bonnie more annoying  . |

Agreed!! I really don't like Bonnie. And she keeps making dumbass mistakes and screwing things up I always liked Stefan. I just adore Damon but I actually understand why Elena is with his brother. That is weird Nico.... It says in the CW website it was back on the 27th. And I watched it. And IS tweeted about it. |

Ah, found this on CW Baltimore website "Due to the ACC airing of Boston College at Duke on Thursday, January 27th, the season premieres of "Nikita" and "The Vampire Diaries" will air on Friday, January 28th at 8 p.m. & 9 p.m. and again on Saturday, January 29th, at 8 p.m. & 9 p.m. " so I guess it's on tonight .
The writing is strong on the show and it has only gotten better, I like Rose I get the feeling she won't survive tonight's episode though.

Episode 12 Am gutted that Rose died I liked her! I thought she was especially good for Damon. The stake scene was brilliantly done, him holding her, counting to 3 in the dream, it was pretty perfect and incredibly sad.
No Bonnie in this episode, or Jeremy...not a bad thing I suppose.
I hate Jules, she is annoying and I want to punch her. |

Episode 13 Well how spoiled were we last night?! Damon in the shower, Damon wet in a towel and Damon in the bath!!! Also, Damon saying out loud that he is in love with Elena and she is making him a better man.... Even if he doesn't want to be and wants to kill people because he likes it. Damn he is awesome  Stefan was also in super hot form last night. That mouthed "I love you" to Elena at the end was very nice indeed. And he was smart enough to get that Caroline needed her girls. Anyone get a spark between Caroline and Stefan?? I get its a protective thing at the moment but it could work. I just love her. I was upset when she was being tortured. Stupid werewolf dickhead. Could i hate Jules more? Short answer - NO. Tyler is all conflicted clearly. At least he had the balls to let Caroline out. I have no idea what John's game is. Getting Katherine out?? Actually protecting his daughter?? I have no clue. Its one of many things i love about this show. I have little to no idea what is going to happen every week Bonnie and Jeremy lite this week. Like that!! |

13 I enjoyed seeing Damon spend some more timw with Elena, they nake a good team and his comment to John "1st daddy duty, ground your daughter" . I like Caroline, not sure if I see any romantic sparks but I love her relationship with Stefan, I felt so bad for her and hated Ty, Jules and her buddy in this episode to!. John is a weird one, I have no idea what his plan is or why he would want Katherine free, I do know there must be something in it for him. |

14 Ok, he's a baddie I realise, but how awesome is Elijah? That guy can rip hearts out on my screen anytime! Elena was awesome this week. Tough, brave, smart, playful, sexy- she really is a wonderful female character. The time away with Stefan reminded why I like them together, even though Damon is, well, perfection Caroline continues to rock and I must admit Bonnie was good this episode. And I did a little yay when Jeremy finally jumped her and she liked it Alaric and Damon's bromance amuses me. Stupid John planting the seeds of doubt in Jenna's head Come back soon Tyler!! I've been a little reluctant to watch this on GO because I missed so much but I decided to watch last night. Surprisingly I didn't find it too hard to follow what was going on. (a little VD wiki looking helps too ) Episode 14 - Poor Damon, don't like seeing anyone tortured. It did amuse me that despite it he was still all cocky I like Stefan with Elena, but I am not that keen on Stefan himself. But it isn't really his fault his brother is .... Damon I don't have a lot to say... can someone tell me how Caroline became a vamp and what the go is with her and Matt? Got that she has been helping Tyler and he obviously let the werewolfs almost kill her... or something |

Katherine changed her. She is on and off with Matt. She also kissed Tyler. Before she was kidnapped and tortured by Jules and her pack. He did free her though.

15 I love this show more and more every week! Elena is fast becoming one of my favourite female characters ever. To stab herself, then take out Elijah with the knife in her stomach actually made me go, "Oh holy f**k!!" out loud Damn she is awesome. Alaric's take down was great too. He rocks. Felt bad for Bonnie. Hope that gets sorted out. Wouldn't it be against witch code to take anothers powers?? Jeremy was cute and not annoying again. No Vampire Barbie this week. I missed Caroline Katherine wants to help? Yeah, bet that goes well! Don't want to wait a week!! |

16 And another absolute cracker. I could not love this show more Its rocketed onto the all-time favourites list. I actually talk to the screen every damn episode. Its pathetic  I barely know where to begin: * Katherine is awesome I couldn't tell which was which in the morning there. * Damon dismissing Katherine = so hot. * Caroline!! What a singer. Great tribute to Matt about how she feels. Was very cute when he came up and kissed her on the stage. I yelled "Matt! No!" when he copped a bottle to the neck * They just kill people with a bat of an eyelid Goodbye Luka!! * Bonnie gets her powers back and the key to killing Klaus. And kisses Jeremy some more and gets permission from Elena * I hate Isabelle so much. I hate her in everything though. |

I am way behind Loz I usually watch them with Steven, I will catch up this weekend. Just saw 14 (where they went to the lakehouse), Do I have to use spoilers if it aired a few weeks ago? I LOVED Elena in this episode, instead of running and hiding she made sure she stuck the knife in wolfy to slow him down.
John is incredibly annoying, I want to slap him.
I think it is crazy how Alaric and Damon are buds now. I loved seeing Elijah teach werewolf chick a lesson.
Liked Ty alot in this episode, he stuck to his guns and put his friends before himself. His transformation (his first) was pretty traumatizing for him and heartbreaking for me so it wasn't surprising the idea of not having to turn to a wolf was appealing for him. Looking forward to some more VD. |
