Are you addicted to caffeine? And if so, how much do you drink? Do you prefer coffee, cola, or some other form of it? My addiction has really hit hoe over the past couple of weeks. I've been trying to drink more water, which means I've been cutting down the Pepsi Max I drink at work. Except, sadly, I've been substituting the Pepsi with coffee. But I am drinking more water, though!

32, is that a measurement of the caffeine level, Nico? So, basically, does it come in different strengths? We don't have it here.

I have been addicted probably for the last year or so. I drink about 7 Cokes a day. However, I haven't in a week and 2 days. Quitting started out terrible because the headaches were ridiculous, but then I got mono and they gave me some pain relievers so I'm feeling fine.

Nah, i'm not addicted to caffeine. I hate the taste of coffee unless it has ALOT of sugar and milk in it, and some cappuccinos are good. I do like cola though. I maybe drink 3 pops a week.

People say it is the 32 secret ingredients of Irn-Bru but like you said wikipedia said it also could be linked to the fact that 'the drink contains caffeine in the concentration 32mg/100ml.'

I hate coffee. Drank one cup of it once and I didn't really like it. So can't say I'm addicted to coffee or caffeine. The only form of coffee I like is mocha. Mostly because the taste of chocolate masks the taste of coffee. Plus, anything chocolate is always yummy. ;D I use to drink it every morning in school but I've stopped because I don't really need it. I might start again when I start Uni in a couple of months but it really depends on how stressed out I am or how little sleep I'm getting.

Urgh, coffee is so disgusting. I've tried it a couple of times and find it extremely bitter, even with sugar/milk.

But cutting down from seven Cokes a day to nothing would take it's toll on you. I remember a few years back quitting caffeine altogether for two weeks on a dare. It was painful.

Coffee does come in handy. To those of you who don't like it, is there any coffee you like?

When did you try coffee Irene? Sometimes I get a cup I don't like but I usually love coffee I tried regular coffee about 2 years ago I think. I was doing this competition and I had to stay awake for 24hrs in order to complete the task. They had coffee around so I thought I try it to keep me awake. It tasted horrible but it did do it's job. It's afte that that I started drinking mocha coffee. I wanted the effect but not the taste so I tried different coffee flavours before liking mocha coffee. ;D
