I suppose I could join.. I used to have an MSN group called Buffy and ANgel: Forever and For Always. It was pretty much dedicated to their love. I kind of wish I still had it...

It's Buffy and Angel's relationship. Bangel is just a shorter version of typing it.

I loved their little moment together in 'Amends'. It was very touching, and I definitely cried a river..

Cordys Bangel mockage was unfortunately hilarious. But I have to say even though it is so sad is the moment that I will always remember is the dance that they do at Graduation to the song "Wild Horses"

i thought joss' bangel mockage by wes and cordy was very brave of him to do because he was taking the piss out of what he himself had turned the bangel relationship into.

Its the only relationship in the Buffyverse that has ever been mocked like that too. I thought it was brilliant. But Bangel really mocks itself a lot anyway. Look at the mocking in The Zeppo. And the lines speak for themselves. "When you kiss me I want to die." GAG.

yeh but in the Zeppo that was done to compliment the hillarity of Xander's storyline. It wasn't just the Bangel stuff that was overdramatised it was every scene without Xander.

well for me theres loads of great speeches. Amends springs to mind 1st and then Angel to Buffy in Suprise giving her the Claddagh ring- definate tear jerker How can you not find those speeches corny? They are laughable. The best moment Buffy and Angel had was when she saw him leaving at the end of graduation day.

I am fairly romance intolerant in real life it must be said but something about the Buffy and Angel relationship gets to me. I guess its the whole forbidden love thing that does it - i'm a sucker for relationships that should, on paper, never work There are a couple of moments in particular that just kill me and have me hoping for a Buffy and Angel together ending: the end of Surprise, end of Amends, The Prom, Grad Day and the entire I will Remember

why shaun? well because it's not corny! its teenage love and thats what it is sometimes (although not to the extent of Bangel), but its also the emotion involved that gets me.
