LOL! I can't do that, I'm happy if I'm able to BBQ hotdogs without burning them to a crisp

I can't cook sausages. Well, I can, but they're never as good as when other people cook them. I always cut them in half to make sure they're done and then they look terrible.

I saw Ratatouillie (I'm sure that's spelled wrong) a little while ago and one of the main characters (a chef that's dead)'s motto is "Anyone can cook!" and someone else in the movie says "Anyone can cook...but that doesn't mean everyone should" or something like that. Haha.

Oh I really want to see that!
I make ratatouille with my mum, it's delicious and quite easy to make.

I think sausages are one of the easier things to cook. They're not easy to stuff up, really.

Well, mine turned a bit crispy over the grill this year So I stand by my previous comment - they're hard to make perfectly good

Does anyone have a "specialty" recipe? Something you make really well and people always compliment you on?

Well my grilled cheese sandwiches are the BEST. ;D My sister and I were in the mood for strawberry smoothies last night, but we didn't have strawberries, HOWEVER, we had strawberry jam. So we substituted it for the strawberries. Sick. Absolutely disgusting.

I find that cheese makes anything with bacon and egg better for some reason. But bacon and egg pie sounds awesome.

Has anyone taken any cooking classes, or had someone try to teach them to make something? How did it go? Or have you ever tried teaching someone to cook and how frustrating was it??

The last time I had a cooking class was in high school. It was rather disastrous, with me misreading a teaspoon as a cup. Not so good when we're talking about salt, either.

Right..... Cup and Teaspoon are so similar to one another. I've tried to teach a few people a few things. My brother has done alright. My friend Adam has does pretty well. My cousin Adge has been a complete disaster But i'm not giving up on him.
